I was then impressed with his extremely fast response ever time I contacted him which is a rarity these days. He arrived early on the day of inspection and gave me a overview on how he would be inspecting the property(4-unit building). This is my first investment property so I was eager to watch and learn what I should be looking for in future purchases and John was great at explaining and teaching as he went along. Since this was a small apartment some of the units had tenants which can be a difficult thing to maneuver but John used his humor to put the tenants who seemed to be nervous /tense at ease.
