We had an inspection conducted on a new construction home by Eric Kuhn, and our experience was quite disappointing. Upon our arrival, he informed us that our presence was unnecessary and bluntly asked my husband, "Who are you?" This struck us as unusual, as we have never encountered an inspector who behaved this way before. I believed it would be beneficial for us to attend the inspection in case we had any questions, but he did not seem friendly or willing to explain anything. We waited outside the house for a while, hoping he would eventually communicate with us. However, he remained quiet and focused solely on his tasks. Feeling unwelcome from the start, we decided to leave, realizing that he would not be open to discussing anything in the report. Soon after we left, he emailed us the inspection report, which we found to be very unprofessional. We will not be using this company again. They also charged us for radon testing but did not provide the results within the 48 hours they claimed they would. I suspect that the testing was never conducted at all, yet we were still charged for it. When people pay for a service, they deserve quality. We honestly feel that this inspection was a waste of money. While it's understandable that not everyone will get along, professionalism and politeness should be standard in business, especially when payment is involved. If it had been a free inspection, I would have completely understood his attitude and would not have expected much. read more

Devin from Lunspro performed a home buyer inspection for us Sunday 6/14/26. We called to set up the appt on Saturday and he was able to provide next day service. The scheduling, information exchange, and payment processes were highly automated, simple, and efficient. Devin arrived on time with a clear game plan; he told us what he was going to do and then went ahead and did it. He clearly has a great deal of training and experience in both his technical inspection and his communication skills. He spent about three hours on a 2800 square foot house checking everything inside and out, using modern or state of the art technology tools. He kept us advised of his progress as he thoroughly examined everything inside and out. When he finished he provided a very detailed summary of the things he found with some clear guidance/perspective on which items were potentially significant and which were less so. Sometime during the overnight hours he completed a detailed written summary (with numerous explanatory pictures) that was available to us early Monday morning. He was professional, personal, and instructive throughout. I don't exaggerate when I say this was truly one of the finest in-home service appointments I've ever experienced. The company appeared solid, their technology was not only impressive but worked flawlessly, their training and attention to detail were clearly evident, and Devin was a star. Great job! read more

We had Hyrum from LunsPro com out today to inspect our new construction home. He was friendly and already hard at work when we arrived. He took the time to greet us and introduce himself, and went over much of what he had already saw. He gave us great information regarding lighting apparatus and other areas as well. We looked around as he finished up his inspection. We met in lower level of home to go over important information regarding the home and its structure. He spoke in lay terminology so that my mom and myself could clearly understand what he was talking about. The company uses awesome drone technology to check the roof of the home. He made viable points of reference using pictures to look at so that we could clearly see what he was talking about and that we understood everything. We really feel like we now have a better grasp on things and are more equipt to address the builder in a clear and concise manner to have all issues and concerns addressed. That would not be the case had Hyrum not provided us with the information to do so. I recommend LunsPro to anyone purchasing a home, new construction or otherwise. You won't be sorry. I had my home recently inspected for the first in three phases Drywall inspection. I personally requested Chuck Myers to inspect my new under construction home. Chuck was very thorough clearly identifying from major to minor issues illustrated with plenty of photos and specifically circled the item(s) to address. The report was very detailed and precise easily to identify which made it easier for folks like us that depend on folks like him for this type of investment. We went under contract on a rental property in the Charlotte area and our realtor referred Chuck from LunsPro to be our home inspector. Rino Galente did a home inspection for me. He was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable about his job. He did an amazing job and was very thorough in this inspection. When I arrived at the home, he was finished with the inspection. I had an issue about getting in the attic so we called the real estate agent to see if we could break the paint seal around the opening to get into the attic. We were told yes. Rino went back to his car and got out the stuff needed to get into the attic. After he was finished I didn't have a single question he could not answer with expertise. I never felt like he rushed me because he had a 2 hour drive back to the office. He gave me as much time as needed so that I felt comfortable with the outcome and results of the inspection. I would recommend (and I have already) him to anyone needing to have a home inspection when buying a new property. We paid for the home inspection including sewer scope, radon test, and termite after shopping around for prices a bit. LunsPro had competitive prices and offered all different types of inspection we wanted to get done by one company. We loved that we could schedule everything online and pick a date/time. We especially appreciated the fact that they automatically applied discount for ordering multiple types of inspection at once. Our inspector, Kyle Carpenter, was polite and great at communicating, giving us heads up before and after including the fact that the inspection report email may end up in spam folder so check for it there. We received a very thorough report the same day for the main inspection and other reports arrived a day or two later. We appreciated the attention to the details that Kyle had put into the report. New to the area and buying a house, we needed to have it inspected. We researched online and discovered Lunspro. The website gave us a quick quote, when we reached out to them, the company was always pleasant to speak with. Our inspector was Kaylnn Cooney. We arrived after she had already started the inspection. She was pleasant to speak with, she introduced herself and asked if we had any concerns and then got right back to work. If we had questions, she was able to answer them. At the end of the inspection, she told us of the few things she found and even showed us pictures. We received the full report by the end of the day. We were very pleased with the lengthy inspection Scott Augenreich performed for our final builders warranty inspection. He treated the inspection as if it was the first inspection and thoroughly looked at everything. He was very detailed and tackled every room noting, documenting and taking pictures. I needed a report for my 1 year new home warranty. Scott did a thorough and informative report. The report was easy to read, issues to fix, pictures of the areas. He went above and beyond what I was expecting from a typical inspection. Needless to say, he found a few very important issues that will need to be fixed.
