Not only did they welcome me with open arms, they took me in right away kept my appointment. Luna was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She did a fantastic job and even made some suggestions on some problem areas that were holding tension. The ambiance was elegant and everything was super clean. They have a full hotel bar and breakfast in the morning. The breakfast here is delicious! They have a buffet style option AND they also offer items off of a breakfast menu for free. I'd highly suggest the banana Nutella French toast and vegetarian omelette. They also have a spa downstairs with a sauna, a steam room, infrared showers, a quite room, and a sitting pool. If I come back to Florence again I will definitely be staying here.

Each included a presentation of Italian "throw the pizza dough" style towel show that was both impressive and felt absolutely amazing as the hot air would punch you in the face. The hotel room is spacious and we loved the views on the water. What blew us away though, was the service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us and our 10 month old son welcome to the city. They were extremely accommodating, respectful, and kind. They helped us get a reservation to the best restaurants, even trattoria Zaza on late notice. When we were trying to get a taxi, but the roads were shut down because of a protest at the edge of the river, Bilal and Omar carried our bags over a mile to the train station and helped us find additional routes to make sure we didn't miss our flight. I didn't know that level of service existed!!! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so comfortable and welcoming! We'll definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone.

We had a second floor room, so unfortunately we picked up a lot of the hallway and entryway noise. Service was very friendly and courteous, and made for a great experience overall. The hotel also provides a breakfast and has an outdoor bar area- but we did not take part with either. Overall I rate this hotel 4 solid stars and good value for the price and location.

There was someone at the front desk on the phone who looked up but then walked to the back of the salon. I knocked a couple of times, but no one came to the door. Since it's close to where I'm staying, I'll probably try calling to see if someone picks up so I can book an appointment. Just being honest--the first impression wasn't the best.

What was included was a visit to the thermal pools inside, sauna, turkish bath and a face mask. Walking in, it sort of feels like you've entered another dimension. We went to the bath and got changed (we were told to bring our own robes and towels) in a tiny dressing room and then were given a tour of the small pool and relax area. It was ok, just to pools with thermal water and hydro-massage, it would have been better for only two people, but there were women ahead of us so it was a bit tricky to enjoy our time there without accidentally 'thigh-hugging' a stranger. In any case, we did enjoy the sauna and turkish bath which are well-maintained. The face mask is where things get a little murky for me. Typically in a spa setting, I am used to a little music, or quiet-time but the lady doing the face mask was intent on one thing, to sell me more spa treatments. The entire time she asked if I wanted to upgrade the treatment or book more, which was pretty uncomfortable when you just want to enjoy the present someone gifted. I stuck to my guns and said 'we shall see' which obviously displeased her. All in all, our experience was three-star, not great, not bad - just ok. And I really think they need to lay off the hard sell. I was in the relax room where someone was also getting a face mask and the speal was happening their too, no one was allowed to get any rest.
