He listens to my problems and we work together as a team on a care plan. I am treated like a family member. He is very punctual, efficient & thorough without cutting corners or rushing patients. WORST PRACTICE!!!…read more They recommended a CT scan of my lungs for a nodule, for which I paid $210. A week 1/2 late, no call, no email, no contact from them? COMPLETE radio silence. I called 4 times (always get the answering machine) and emailed twice. Nothing. On top of that, I paid $50 cop at my appointment. Now I get textes & emails reminders for a $30 bill! For what? No explanation. That made me think, if my copay was then $30, why on earth did they charge me $50? I only saw the nurse practitioner, Sky Wise.

When I have actually been seen (every time) the wait times have been ridiculously lengthy. My primary physician is finding me another doctor. I am a sleep patient, other types of patients may receive better treatment. Oh and I was assigned to the PA without being informed and was told I would never be able to see an actual doctor. I do not recommend this practiice.

The ordering of a test is up to 3 weeks out (short staffed), and I still haven't had my scripts call in from this morning. I hope it does get better as far as timing goes for things that are important and beneficial to me.
