I called your office and an employee hung up on me when I requested directions. I then called your office back and after being on hold for a while your employee was finally willing to give me directions. I came to the unmarked building and reported for my appointment approx. 25 minutes early and indicated I had already filled out all of the paperwork after downloading it online. After 15 minutes your employee informed me you refused to medically treat me after previously agreeing to. I indicated to your employee how unprofessional this behavior was. The staff member indicated she was only doing what the owner told her to do. I am not certain if the unprofessional manner in which you treated me was due to bias towards disabled veterans or you treat everyone like this.

She is easy to talk with, professional & has a way with people that makes me feel like family. I look forward to seeing her on my visits just as much as I do to see Dr. Dey. I have been seeing Dr. Dey for over 20 years and he is always patient ,understanding, caring, extremely competent, professional & very kind! He listens to my problems and we work together as a team on a care plan. I am treated like a family member. He is very punctual, efficient & thorough without cutting corners or rushing patients. He pays close attention to the details. Dr. Dey is the real deal, a Dr. that truly CARES about people and is passionate about medicine. Every time I go it is a three to three and a half hour wait. I do get a breathing test and exam and occasionally an X-ray. The breathing test is around 20 minutes and the X-ray ten minutes so there is no damn reason to have to wait an additional three hours!! It is called over booking in the name of greed. It is also a matter of being understaffed which is also greed. One last thing you will never meet your doctor...ever. So, when I say I go there because of the excellent care I get from Mary Halpin I am not joking...it is the only reason I go there.

The recording advises using the patient portal which doesn't seem to be the best option when trying to cancel a same day appointment. When I have actually been seen (every time) the wait times have been ridiculously lengthy. My primary physician is finding me another doctor. I am a sleep patient, other types of patients may receive better treatment. Oh and I was assigned to the PA without being informed and was told I would never be able to see an actual doctor. I do not recommend this practiice.

I don't know about the other physicians because I have never seen them I don't believe. Dr Campbell and his staff always take great care of me and my issues. They see me the same day if needed. It is always easy to make appointments and I am always treated with respect and feel very comfortable with the treatment I received. I am never rushed and have all the confidence in the providers that I see at the time of my visit. I am very thankful for them and appreciate all they do. I enjoy the care from the doctors and nurses in the Internal medicine building…read more However..... billing has caused me great stress considering I am recuperating from surgery and I get a call to collect 13 dollars... yes, you read that right..13 dollars that I owed . After paying they then proceed to try to collect on a bill I haven't even received yet. Wondering if I should check on this! What kind of medical profession does this to their patients. They take their time with you. I didn't feel rushed at all! Took me on time. The only reason why I didn't give the 5 stars is they are in no rush to call in scripts, or to schedule test. The ordering of a test is up to 3 weeks out (short staffed), and I still haven't had my scripts call in from this morning. I hope it does get better as far as timing goes for things that are important and beneficial to me.
