He was gentle and patient with me, and within two visits, my back was in good shape. On the first visit, he did a longer intake session and did some gentle adjustments. He also does craniosacral work, which is a first for me, but I love it! All the follow up sessions have been quick and effective. Since Dr. Rob is a Crossfitter, he was able to suggest movements I was familiar with to get back in shape, and also help me understand what to avoid doing (over-stretching) to make my lower back situation worse. Now that my back is better, I will schedule a session every few months to keep in tip top alignment. His rates are very reasonable, which makes this possible. Very thankful Dr. Rob fixed my back pain!

I saw a previous chiropractor and they didn't mention that chiropractic adjustments could help my asthma, so I was floored when Dr.McNabb mentioned that it could help. I've come to him for the last two years or so, and I haven't used my inhaler (daily preventative or rescue) in at least the last year. I'm controlled and feel so much better than I can ever remember. Of course, doing daily martial arts has its Bumps and bruises and hard falls and Dr.McNabb always finds the spots that hurt and helps to relieve the pain. I would absolutely suggest anyone come to him for help with controlling asthma, allergies, digestive issues, tingling sensations, or aches and pains. He's informative, and strives to find just the right balance between giving you autonomy and advice.

Once ready for treatment, he has a lot of tools and machines which all adds to the cost of the visit. This was not explained to me (nor did I think of asking as this had never been an issue with other docs). When I called to book my appointment I wanted to ensure billing would be done through my insurance. I was assured this was not a problem and the office would call my carrier ahead of the appointment to confirm. Day of visit: confirmed assurance was "generally" accepted.... Upon visit completion, I was presented with a $235 bill. I asked about the insurance and was told he would call to see if his practice is in-network.... meanwhile I had to pay half. Never heard back, nor will I return. I was there a total of 2 hours for a simple sore lower back issue (I have chronic back pain, so nothing out of norm). Just to note.... my previous chiropractor (I moved and it's hard to go there now) doesn't always take insurance and charges $55 out the door.... he's awesome. Needless to say: lesson learned for me.

We picked a date and arranged our massages via telephone and email. We later tried to rearrange our times, which wasn't possible, but the team was super responsive and very kind and tried so hard to make it work! Which we really appreciated. We arrived a few minutes early to complete the forms, and were treated to a warm welcome in a calm, inviting space with zero stress vibes. The two massage therapists who worked with/on us were both there to greet us, both super friendly and excellent vibes from the start. My husband was treating me for my birthday, so I was hoping for excellence, and we got it. He had deep tissue, and he said he was extremely happy with the results. It was both invigorating and relaxing for him. I wanted pure relaxation, so opted for Swedish Massage. I was so relaxed, I fought sleep the entire time b/c I wanted to experience the excellence that was taking place. Every single part of me was relaxed - I was in a near coma state of bliss! I walked (oozed?) out of the place afterward feeling 100% whole and completely at ease. We were lucky enough to leave there and head to a hot-tub at our hotel (Hilton, Scotts Valley - lovely place) and that was just perfect. And did I mention how affordable it felt! It was about $110 (I think) for 90 minutes - plus of course a good cash tip b/c it was well deserved, and you should ALWAYS tip our massage therapist! I live about an hour from this place without traffic, but we will definitely be back! I am a bit of a massage hound, and this place is worth the trek and the effort!!!
