Dr. Rob fixed my lower back issues! When I first went to see him, I could barely walk or stand I was in so much pain. He was gentle and patient with me, and within two visits, my back was in good shape. On the first visit, he did a longer intake session and did some gentle adjustments. He also does craniosacral work, which is a first for me, but I love it! All the follow up sessions have been quick and effective. Since Dr. Rob is a Crossfitter, he was able to suggest movements I was familiar with to get back in shape, and also help me understand what to avoid doing (over-stretching) to make my lower back situation worse. Now that my back is better, I will schedule a session every few months to keep in tip top alignment. His rates are very reasonable, which makes this possible. Very thankful Dr. Rob fixed my back pain! read more

I used to go to the chiropractor every two weeks, now I go once in awhile (every few months, even up to 6 months). Because of the thoroughness and attention paid to the entire body. Worth every penny. If you have a PPO, you can submit a super bill for reimbursement, very easy and worth the minimal effort. read more

This facility is not a safe place to be during Covid-19. The office staff and the chiropractor were not wearing masks or enforcing other people to wear masks, even though it is required in Santa Cruz County. I would not recommend going here during this time as they are not following the guidelines during the pandemic. I hope this brings it to their attention that they need to make changes ASAP. read more

I've gone to the chiropractor since I was 13 or 14 and always loved it but this time it was like actual magic. Weird tricks and super professionalism! read more

Dr. Robert Adams really has the magic touch. I had had right-shoulder problems from 2007 until I was seen by Dr. Adams and now it feels as if I had never had the injury in the first place. I noticed that his treatment was different in that he worked on my whole body to fix the problem rather than just my right shoulder. He's also great at making me feel comfortable each time I get a treatment! His cranial work is one of a kind and I highly recommend going to see him to check out the difference it can make. read more

Dr. Rob is the most amazing cranial chiropractor and SOT therapist. I can't believe the difference in his treatments and the multiple chiropractors I've experienced over the last 30 years. I no longer have headaches, I'm resting at night, and my legs don't fall asleep anymore! I feel very comfortable referring my clients to him because I know he will give them the best chiropractic treatment they've ever experienced. read more

Dr. Adams is the best! He has been been treating me for years so I'm very excited about his new office! I'm a very active person and always hurting myself. Dr. Adams has fixed every issue I've come to him with including my sprained ankle, IT band syndrome and knee pain from running, back pain from working out and hiking, neck issues from driving and working at a desk... He even worked out my headaches and sinus problems! He knows a lot about nutrition too gave me a lot of advice that changed my lifestyle for the better. Even when I'm not hurting I'll go see him to get adjusted. I've noticed a huge difference in how I move and how I feel :) read more

Went to go see Dr. Rob for my daughter and he is awesome! Very patient and kind, he listened to her ramble the entire time. More people in Santa Cruz need to know about him. Very affordable. Pretty sure my wife and I will soon also be patients of his. Also, discovered his mentor was Dr. Bloink - which is instant credibility (we saw Bloink when she needed her skull adjusted as a newborn) read more

Dr.Rob is simply the Best chiropractor. So many times, we don't pay attention to what's going on emotionally, and this is a big mistake. if you don't deal with the underlying stress and tension, you just have to keep going back to the chiropractor! Dr.rob was able to fix my hip pain, and I don't need hip replacement surgery! read more

I compliment Dr. Rob in his gentle professionalism, and also in taking the time to listen to me- especially my first intake appointment. Combined with gentle adjustments to the body, and his keen ability to diagnose, Dr. Rob helped rid me of disabling pain and regain movement in my neck. I've seen him eight times now, weekly. Now I'll be going twice a month as I heal. I'm 45, just out of braces on my teeth- with a history of moderate neck injuries. I've experienced trauma. I couldn't move my head, it was disabling. I couldn't sleep. Pain was an 8 out of 10. Now I can't measure any pain : ) The morning I called him was the day I was going to try ONE more natural practicing doctor (before going to the ER). I thought I was only physically injured, but to my surprise in his practice he locates and helps cure the root cause which is sometimes emotional. Because I was in so much pain initially, it was very important to me that we take the process slowly, and he respected that. Over the past two months I've experienced a reversal of pain and injury. I feel privileged to be one of Dr. Rob's patients. Thank You Dr. Rob Adams read more

Dr Adams worked a miracle on my hip pain! In one visit, my 4 years of pain was significantly reduced and over the last few months my pain is almost completely gone!! I'm sleeping now because I'm not in pain! I'm able to walk up stairs now and do what normal people can do. Robert is gifted in his ability to figure out what so many doctors could not. I was consoling with a surgeon before I saw Dr Robert but decided to see him first after a friend prompted me. And I'm so glad I did! He took the time to understand what was going on with my hip. Than he made adjustments and gave me instructions to do at home, Thank the Lord and thank you Dr Adams. read more

Dr. Adams is a rockstar! He's very friendly and professional and you can really tell that he is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I feel he takes a very comprehensive approach to my care and each treatment seems as if it has been individually crafted to fit my needs. I've seen him for everything from standard aches and pains to injuries from my sports-related mishaps. He's even helped me with my sinus issues and headaches! He is worthy of 5 stars without a doubt. read more

Dr. Rob is a miracle worker! I made an appointment to have a recent injury assessed and received far more comprehensive care than I had anticipated. Not only did I have my injury assessed, Dr. Rob also adjusted my back and pelvis to correct for my scoliosis, addressed an old knee injury, restored full motion in my neck, and made adjustments to cranial plates that I didn't even know was possible. I was impressed by how much he took into consideration before making a single adjustment. Dr. Rob is very relaxed, friendly, professional and informative. I learned a lot about how various parts of my body impact each other and what I can do to help correct or prevent various issues. I highly recommend a visit to Back on Track Cranial Center to anyone! read more

I had given up on chiropractic care about 5 years ago, I was actually told by my chiropracter that he couldn't help me anymore, my issues were just getting worse. I have scoliosis in my neck & back & I have degenerative disc disease. I am very cautious when it comes to manipulation as I definitely can't afford to exacerbate my issues. I cannot express enough how amazing it has been to be seen by Dr. Rob & boy am I elated that I made that decision! After my first appointment with him I immediately knew things were different! I had NO PAIN, I felt bounds of energy & felt mobility in my back & neck I thought would never be possible! He is extremely gifted, very professional, he explains everything & takes the time to listen. I had gone in one day with a nagging migraine that I had for several days, with just one adjustment it was completely gone! I swear he is a miracle worker! This is not your typical chiropractic adjustment either, this is very different than any I have ever been to, which is why I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment with Dr. Rob, you will not regret it! read more
