Not for me. I've been to many different chiropractors, and went here three times. First I'll say Dr. Gray is okay, nothing really helpful (he didn't really have any tips for preventing injury/correcting my muscular imbalance at the time (which is what most of chiropractic is)), nevertheless, he listened and did what he could and thats fine. Went to him twice. On the other hand, to me Dr. Whitelaw seems to me like a stereotype of a quacky, salesy, and crack-happy chiropractor. He gave me an unauthentic vibe if that makes sense. He did a psychic "was this your card" trick by attempting predicting that I'd been in an accident, or had some acute injury. I hadn't. He seemed in a hurry, and seemed unconcerned with my unique issue (all of ours are unique). The thing that really makes me angry is when he was adjusting my neck, and warned me "A little pull [stretching neck straight out" and proceeded to YANK. Which made me everything tingly, tighten up, and just plain hurt. This really upsets me. I asked him what I should change activity wise (I found out later there are many things I should stop and start doing)... He literally said "keep doing what you're doing."... He did not ask me "what" I am doing or will do. SO, If he were more honest and spent more time asking patients pertinent questions which could reveal different treatment protocols, he would have answered "I don't care what you are doing (just come back in as often as possible so you can rely on me as your Savior/crutch)". I don't mean to rant, but it's just a shame that I had an experience like this, and I know many chiropractors who are smart and caring. Again, Dr. Gray isn't bad. Ask for him instead. read more

I thought I would just get adjusted - I never expected to learn about my spine and why it was doing the things it was. He spent 10 minutes at the beginning of each session teaching me something. It was clear to me that his first interest is patient connection, making sure we are educated, heard, and cared for. Fist of all theses guys are not doctors. They are DC's. Charlestons with an average of 4 years of eductation instead of 12 to practice. Overrated Charlitons Gary Black tried to help my back with out success. I was the most un-flexible body he had ever met. When having to deal with wit piss, the office gave me an appointment time and then put seven victims ahead of me. After doing his voodoo magic he slapped me in the head, stating that was an an adjustment I needed. Granted I was in pain and upset about having to wait an hour to get a treatment that did not work, he and his office staff were out of line with common human decency. Then they had the audacity to call me to schedule another appointment. Do your self a favor, if you can afford medical care, see an osteopath. They are real MD's. They will do manulpitatons and give you a treatment plan that will work. Osteopaths can also perscribe medicines that may help your condition read more

I have been searching for a long time for a chiropractor that I had good results from and was gentle and listened to me. The front desk staff was knowledgeable about insurance and answered all my questions. Their online interactive check in system is top of the line, text reminders helpful. Dr Grey listened to me and asked me what I needed help with. I came in with a neck I could hardly move and a laundry list of many other issues. That list included things medical doctors and my dentist told me I needed to learn to deal with the pain - I would have the pain the rest of my life (slipping rib syndrome, Costochondritis and TMJ.)
