We scheduled an appointment in case I couldn't get in with my massage therapist on time. I ended up canceling within the 24-hour policy, but received a response that felt passive-aggressive, stating more notice would have been appreciated. I reached out to clarify the cancellation policy, as I was sure I had followed it when completing my intake paperwork. I never received a response, so I didn't go back. I'm happy to give more notice if that's what is expected, but I would encourage clearer communication of the policy moving forward to avoid confusion and frustration.

Dr. Vitale's commitment to service is unparalleled in any office I've been to, chiropractic or not…read more I was in a major car accident away from home and I happened to find Dr. Vitale through another chiropractor's office on yelp. She arranged to see me the very day I called. When I was at her office, she gave me individual attention. The space was a bit snug, but it didn't interfere with her ability to give me a comprehensive consultation. Her technique was very hands on. My other chiropractors have put me on electric stim machines and left me for nearly 15-20 minutes unattended. Not so with Dr. Vitale! She payed careful attention to the pain I was experiencing. When it came to the diagnosis, treatment options, and home treatments, Dr. Vitale was very specific and detailed in her explanations. She was very aware and respectful of my choice to not pursue any prescription pain-killers. Her excellent service did not end there. Since I had to head back home to Los Angeles, there was quite a bit of paperwork to take care of. She made the arrangements to send my bills to my insurance company, and faxed copies of my diagnosis to my new doctor. She even warned me that if a doctor wanted to see me for two months, more frequently than twice a week, that they'd be trying to take advantage of me. What advice! A week later, I received a copy of the diagnosis and my bills for my own records along with a card! Never in any medical office, have I received the care and kindness that Dr. Vitale has shown me. Highly recommended!

Her adjustment techniques are precise, strong( but not forceful) and very effective! You can tell she really cares about her patients and offers realistic treatment plans ( I've had others require excessive treatment frequency) To top it off, the office is very clean and staff is friendly! I had been going there for the better part of a year because they took my insurance. Went in for a routine adjustment, Dr compressed middle back and it did not go well. I had a hard time getting off the table after that but sometimes that happens. Went in next week and different Dr (Sawyer) came in to do adjustment. I explained to him what happened last time and told him to skip the middle back adjustment and he did it anyway! Same result, I could hardly get off the table. I couldn't believe he completely DISREGARDED what I told him about the last middle back adjustment that I had. I never went back after that.
