This is one of those cemeteries that is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by farmland as far as the eye can see. Many if not most of the names on the headstones are of Swedish origin as the historical sign on the property points out. The cemetery is quite well laid out with a single gravel road running through it. The cemetery is nicely organized into family plots. The majority of the graves are from the early to mid-20th century, but there are a handful past the year 2000. Directly across the street sits the local community church that was rebuilt in 1981. The photos and the historical sign included in this review fill in the gaps. read more
