But I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since it's a small business. I was bummed out for them not selling any Smoothies (Not in the Chester Location but only in the Glen Allen as far as I know) but I wasn't disappointed with what I got. The cooks were pretty friendly and the food came through in pretty good timing. I would definitely come back and try the shrimp next time, if they come near my location. :)

The Boathouse has discarded the troublesome system and gone back with the personal touch with actual personal interaction with the servers. The food is consistently top notch, the view is wonderful. We have been back multiple times. The Boathouse is always at the top of our list. I highly recommend The Boathouse at City Point.
