On one occasion Debbie did a 'one-item' embroidery for a WW2 submarine veteran. She not only completed it in one day but refused to take any payment for the cap when I picked it up. Be sure you have time to wait. If you need something fast, look elsewhere. Attention to detail is another area of concern. I won't go into specifics, but I'll give you this. We had a $400 retirement whiskey bottle engraved and the service member's name was MISSPELLED! When they verified the paper was left with the correct spelling, they just said sorry. You will leave detailed instructions and it'll not be done that way. Don't expect a discount either when your product is wrong. Overall, very disappointed and will not come back. Do not recommend.
