As always with the store they have numerous discounts including 50% off on scrapbooking paper tablets however when we were looking it was u clear due to the signage as to which items it included as there was an exception mentioned on the signage but no real clarification as to what it meant. Upon checkout there was a lengthy line with only 2 of the 3 checkstands running, however before this there was not a lot of traffic so no one is really to blame there. All in all great crafting store just wish there was a little more customer service to assist with the questions. That would have made our experience better.

We'll email you the proofs. Couple of more days go by. Nothing. I go to the store again. We'll text you the proofs. 16 days after the initial order I go up there a 3rd time. They show me 2 proofs but have nothing on the other 2 shirts. Who did you first talk to? I describe the guy. Turns out it was one of the owners who, it seems, doesn't give a hoot about his business. The only reason I gave them 1 star was because there wasn't a lower rating.
