The colors are summer... I've got Jewelry cool looking hats, pillow pillows. I love the beach vibe... it's so necessary for this neighborhood. We're gonna head back and try on a few dresses for the Fourth of July. I loved all the fun Fourth of July merch laid out through the shop. It's a very decent size lady store so I hope they do well and bring in more wearables throughout the different seasons. Dana Point needs this.

I went into Sunny Days yesterday with three of my friends, and we left completely disgusted by the…read moreway we were treated. The two ladies at the counter never acknowledged us when we walked in -- no hello, no smile, nothing. They just kept talking to each other. When I looked at a pair of aviator sunglasses, I politely asked if they had any similar options with a bigger frame. They both looked at each other, exchanged an annoyed, almost disgusted expression, and one of them simply said "No." That was it. No attempt to be helpful, no suggestion of other styles, not even a basic courtesy response. My sister was on the other side of the store and witnessed the interaction too. We both left feeling unwelcomed, and honestly, we sensed prejudice in the way they handled us. I've never experienced that before, but it was very clear from their demeanor. We ended up leaving and walking into Stitch & Feather right down the street, and the difference was night and day. There, we were greeted warmly, offered champagne and water while we shopped, and actually felt appreciated as customers. Shopping should never feel uncomfortable or demeaning. Unfortunately, Sunny Days left us feeling exactly that way. I will not be returning, and I hope the store's management addresses the way their staff treat people.

When I opened the gift it wouldn't stand up straight and kept falling over. I went back an hour after he purchased it and the employee told me there are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. I went back 4 different times to meet the owner (who was never there) to ask if I could at least exchange it for something that isn't damaged. After going to the store multiple times not able to resolve the issue, I tried to contact the store owner by. phone from July 26- Aug 14 leaving messages on voicemail and also through her IG page DM's. Finally on August 23rd, someone (don't know who it was but most likely the owner) texted me to tell me that she would not give me a refund or an exchange. She's rude and hell bent on sticking to her policy and losing customers rather than listening and working with the issue at hand. She sarcastically texted her sign off to me and says, "Have the day you deserve". What business owner would treat their customers this way? Buyers Beware!!!! We had been frequent shoppers at her store, after this awful experience, we will never step foot in there again.
