We had a very disappointing experience with Josh. He was contacted to repair/reinstall some tiles…read morethat had fallen. After looking at the job, he took the tiles with him and said they needed to be cleaned before he could return to complete the repair. No separate cleaning fee was discussed or agreed upon. He later told us that the repair was outside his expertise and that he could not complete the job, but then demanded $185 for supposedly cleaning the tiles and initially would not return them without payment. When he finally returned the tiles, they had not been cleaned. We would have had no issue with him determining that the repair was beyond his expertise and declining the job. The problem was demanding payment for a cleaning service that was never separately authorized and, when the tiles were returned, had not even been performed.

Do not hire Handyman. The last two "handymen" did the…read morefollowing: 1. They knocked the garage door off the rollers and lied saying "it just fell off". (the repairman told me there was no way it just fell off--someone manually yanked it down off the rollers, )2. they broke a large- headed aluminum snow shovel with a thick handle,-left the head, got rid of the handle, 3. Stole a set of Ping iron golf clubs, replacing them in the bag with some ugly ass beat up old irons from the 1960's.I cannot prove any of these because I just discovered the golf clubs missing. I am a woman senior citizen who was taken advantage of by these two jerks. I would suggest that Handyman do a better job of hiring people.

They told me that because this home builder glued everything, I would need a plumber and quietly recommended this place. I placed a call and Angel came out the next morning. If he had to fix both issues, there was a $100 discount for multiple projects. Fortunately I fixed the dishwasher issue, so they only needed to fix one which saved me over $150. I did not want to waste my time with that, so really appreciated that Nelson gave me a flat rate to do the installation. I also needed a Saturday time, and they were able to accommodate that too. The installer called me when he was about 15 minutes away and the installation was completed smoothly without any issues. I'm happy to have found a new plumbing service I trust. All they are now is a sales machine. AVOID them and hired Nelson instead!)
