DO NOT COME! SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO ELSEWHERE!…read more my husband and I came for a foot massage. We were out in different rooms, which was fine, but the massage was by far the worst we ever experienced. They didn't really massage you, they poke you with a stick and not enough oil used, so lots of skin friction and burns causing pain. Felt like we were getting pinched. And around my upper body just getting pushed down on. Her elbow in my spine. Husband and I had had two massages in different rooms and both came out unsatisfied by both masseuse. They absolutely have no skills!! Only used elbows and forearms to massage and we are questioning their license/certification. We both felt this was one of those happy ending kind of place, massage house , used as a front. Both ladies were older maybe early fifties but one had a netted black shirt and underneath was her bra. We didn't judge because she's it's maybe her style and maybe it is. It felt so sketched though. My husband and I both wanted to leave after we started but since we were in different rooms we couldn't communicate how we were both not enjoying this. It was $60 for a 1 hour foot massage per person and they charge $5 extra if you use your card. We ended up giving cash and gave them $200 and they tried to tell us they didn't have enough change ($80). We still tipped them 20% ($12 a person) then she had my proper change of $56. It was weird. They hardly spoke English, they were nice and friendly. This place felt and looked sanitary, but honestly it felt like I could've been drugged and something happened to me too type of place (which it didn't) but definitely don't come here. I'm sorry to have to write this but I don't want people who work hard for their money and need a massage cause they've been on their feet too much and needed a massage to relieve the exhaustion to only be failed by it and felt like we did, our money went down the drain and I still need a massage for my throbbing feet pain. Please save yourself and go else where.

It sounded scary. I wish people didn't do mean things like rob people who come to this country and don't (at the time) speak English. The location does not look the best from the outside, but the customer service and quality of massage here was VERY good. Walked in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to squeeze us in for 2 90-minute massages. We had to wait 15-minutes for them to call a masseuse to come in last minute, but both massages had great pressure and the hot stones were a nice touch! Definitely will come back!

She works independently about 3-4 massages per day. Room was warm and the linens clean. Opted for 90 minute massage for $60. Did not have bathroom in suite, but down the hall. Do not remember for sure if she had a handwash station either, but I do not think so. Asked for a deep tissue massage with attention to my sore shoulder. She never really got more than medium pressure, and was more light to medium, with use of forearms quite a bit. She is a talker, with her favorite expression being, "what the hell!" which she said about once every minute. Overall a somewhat relaxing session in a private room with an average massage. Will not repeat. I prefer a more deep massage and one who listens and adjusts massage as client leads.

New ownership! Lee, the former massage therapist is no…read morelonger there. This was the girl that made things happen on my back and gave an excellent massage. There is an upcharge when you use your Visa now and they no longer honor their "Get 5 or 10 massages and get one free" because of the new ownership. The change is not for the better in my opinion and odd in a number of ways. One example of this is that I was asked to take all of my clothes off, after that I was covered with a large towel and for about twenty minutes or so I was massaged through this towel, just using pressure. Usually when I get a whole body massage this does not work that way. When I asked Maggie, the masseuse if she was going to take off the towel and use lotion she said yes, continued on with what she was doing. She also got on my back with her knees but she is bigger than Lee, so all that happened was that I was mushed into the table. Lucky for me that did not last long. Then, without any warning she snatched the towel off me and started to apply lotion. This is the first time I rolled my eyes during a massage, ever. She got a lot of my hurty spots, missed others because she almost totally focused on my back, did not do my feet , legs, arms and hands with the exception of a few seconds. It appears that this person has not been trained properly in doing massage. I guess any massage is better than no massage, but I was not exactly thrilled with this experience. Back to Miya I go.....it is still the most reliable massage for me.

I was able to sleep better that night after one 60 minute session with Carrie. Immediately after the session I bought prepaid massages/membership package, which saves $5/session. I've been going weekly and my body especially my shoulders have never felt better. It helped relieve the knots and tension. Thank you Carrie!!! If you're worried about covid-19 and how they handle things, it's just like any other establishment, you wear a mask, they temperature check you, then you go into your own room. They have masks on as well. In my experience, during my massage I didn't need a mask but the massage therapist wore one during the entire session.

All right folks, it's not often I buy massages on Groupon, but I decided to go for it since it was…read morea pretty good price and it was on Groupon after all? I walk in and there are two employees working on massages, the front desk woman was a very friendly older woman but seemed confused when I walked in. She called somebody -they spoke in Vietnamese and then the woman on the phone told me it was no problem that they would do my massage. Which I didn't understand because I had an appointment and a Groupon. We walked to the back where the private rooms are and there was a man laying on one of the clean beds on his phone, they got his attention, they continued speaking in Vietnamese and then he led me to my room. I said I needed to use the bathroom because I wanted to check and see if there was any red flags that this place might not be on the up and up. I walked to the bathroom and an older gentleman and the one female employee that was working was walking out to the lobby, he was glowing, literally all smiles, must've been a good massage. I use the restroom come back into my room and I'm told to undress, I didn't realize they were having an older gentleman do my massage, so I kept my pants on out of comfort. Bless this man's heart but he was no masseuse, he might as well have been rolling Tonka trucks up and down my back, he had half my butt cheeks hanging out because he was trying to get my lower back but it was awkward because he's a man. He kept massaging really rough and I would correct him and ask him to please go softly, he would for a minute or two and then go right back to being rough again. He just didn't know what he was doing. When he started working on my lower body I noticed that he was folding my legs in different positions so that he could work all the inner, outer, just every part of my thigh, my butt cheeks, everything. He wasn't groping me, but he wasn't hesitating in the least to give my glutes and my inner thighs just as much attention as everywhere Else. After everything was said and done, I came out to tip him, they spoke in Vietnamese a little more and then the woman said next time I should take my pants off so that he can really do a good deep massage. I'm thinking to myself, if I was just in underwear with all of the funky positions that he was putting my legs in, spreading them apart, butterfly position I mean you name it, there's absolutely zero way I would've been comfortable with that. So just note you might get a male masseuse, who clearly isn't a masseuse, and if you are stripped down to your underwear you better hope that you're solid to be sitting in butterfly position. If you know you know lol. Before I left another middle-aged man walked in, handed them cash and he asked for the only female masseuse that was there that day by name, she seemed fairly busy with the older gents. Edit: I wasn't gonna mention because I thought maybe I was just being paranoid but I left $10 because the massage was just not very good. I might normally leave $15 or $20 depending on the quality? The amount of effort and technique used, but there was absolutely no way this man was professionally trained. I definitely felt uncomfortable when I left $10 by the woman who was taking my tip for the gentleman. She actually asked me if that was all I was leaving lol. At first I thought maybe she didn't realize I had a Groupon, and thought I needed to pay for the service and tip together but I'm seeing a few other clients mentioning the tip situation so now I'm convinced she was actually being so brazen as to ask if that's all I was leaving for a tip. Oh dear lol
