Overt the past 18 months, it has really taken its toll on my carpeting. I bought one of those home steam cleaners and it didn't really seem to do much of anything but make the rugs wet. I used to have a regular carpet cleaner guy, but he seems to have skipped town and was in need of a replacement. I was referred to Doug by my local hardware store and after the job can now claim that I have a new and probably improved carpet guy. Kevin, the technician arrived on time in a truck equipped with a huge carpet cleaner machine inside. Imagine what you might use to power wash a 747 and this will give you an idea of the girth of this thing. He fired it up and it sounded like an industrial wood chipper running. I knew that I would be in for some serious cleaning action. I didn't actually stay home, but understand that kevin was there the better part of the day. My cleaning lady came the next day and left me a note saying "The carpet guy did a spectacular job considering how bad it was!" I'd consider that a ringing endorsement. I can't say if his price was good or not. You see ads promising super cheap carpet cleanings, but they seem to be too good to be true. I'm happy with the job and the carpets really look like new again. Oh ya, I have a different number for the company, I don't know if the other one works or not. 608-290-7847

The damage was extensive and involved a collapsed ceiling, saturated carpet, and waterlogged wooden floors. The very day it happened, DrySource arrived at our home and began the complicated process of drying our home. The next few weeks they replaced the ceiling that had fallen down and the wooden floors in six rooms (plus two hallways, and four closets). We were very pleased and impressed by the people DrySource sent out to restore our home. Their craftsmanship was of the best quality, and they were efficient, very pleasant, and well mannered.

Dryer Vent Cleaning: Steve seemed very rude and complained…read morethat we didn't have a brush for cleaning inside the dryer compartment area that the dryer lint tray sits inside of. After he left, I ended up cleaning off dirt from the wash machine, dryer, cleaned inside the dryer, and, he also left lots of lint on the laundry room floor and chunks of lint outside of the home that had to be picked up. Steve didn't give the opportunity to see how much lint he extracted. Steve arrived late and was only here for about 1/2 hour or less and charged about $119. We felt overcharged for this service.

I used this company to move in January of 2022 when I bought a house and there were no issues so…read morewhen I sold the house I called them again. They sent 2 guys over on 7/13/2023 to help us move to a place we're renting while our new house is being built and man has this company gone downhill!! They broke feet off 2 dressers, completely destroyed my daughter's dresser, and dented and gouged several other pieces of furniture. That's not even the worst part! The next day while my daughter and I were unloading some stuff from my car one of them showed up at our new place. Weird, right? He said that when he went to try to get paid the night before at the shop where the business is located the other 4 guys who had been at my new place unloading the truck were smoking crack cocaine. He went on to say that the guy who was with him at my house all day had smoked crack in the back of the truck with my furniture and that same guy had made comments about stealing our belongings, like, "oh, Tommy likes NASCAR, I should just take this". (Tommy is the owner of this company). This employee also said that the reason the 2 guys who showed up in the morning didn't have help until they arrived at our new place to unload the truck is because the other 3 were at the shop smoking crack and that one of the guys mentioned that he thought he left a crack pipe in my garage or basement! Are you kidding me!? (If I find it I'm calling the cops!!!) When I told the employee that I had used this company before without any issues he asked when. I told him January of 2022. He said that the company was fine then, that there were 2 other owners then, Shaw and another guy but they split when Tommy started stealing money from the business to buy drugs. What is going on at this place??? On Saturday, 7/15/2023, my husband saw an email from them asking for a review so I typed in a summary similar to this one. Several hours later I got a text from Tommy, the owner, saying, "Good evening. Ive been told you had a visit yesterday from josh. I had to let him go due to a number of different reasons please take anything he might of told you with a grain of salt , he is upset & out of control, He has been telling ppl lies and right now im trying to resolve the issue.Iv seen the review you left me it makes me furious! thats not the image I want for my company, Im willing to pay for any damages, please lmk thanks Thomas". We went back and forth regarding payment for damages because he didn't want to make an insurance claim. His offer was $250 and to move us for free next time, like I'd ever use them again, NO WAY!!! With all the damage they'd done and the insane visit from his employee in front of my daughter, my suggestion was for him to just credit us back for this move and we could part ways. After that, he quit responding. I have since contacted my attorney. Lesson: Don't use this company!!! Terrible experience and if they break your stuff they won't pay to fix/replace it because they are too worried about making an insurance claim (or maybe buying drugs‍)

Not only did they handle the demolition, but they also loaded everything up and cleaned the area completely before leaving. They were even able to start right away, which was a huge help.
