Excellent quality and unique wares for this demographic of shoppers. Large selection of footware (many European, that I've never seen before. This is definately the place to go for leather European clogs!). They play super music (Motown was on when I was last here), and there are comfy couches (usually you can find the menfolk resting here, waiting patiently for their lady friends to be done shopping). The women who work here are lovely, too, and helpful. I should note that there is an AWESOME clearance section in the rear of the store. There aren't many sizes of items there, so you have to be lucky to find your size in a shoe or boot or clothing you want, but boy, the deals are great in this area.

It desperately needed a face lift and went through a remodel about a year ago. The owner is super friendly, sweet, and very attentive! The clothes are ADORABLE! A lot of brands such as Free People, Splendid, and Velvet. I am 23 and half of my closet is from here. So while people say it doesn't suit their age demographic, they must not have gone recently. Problem is, I purchased this in May while we were here -- and found out 7-8 weeks later, when the t-shirt was returned, that it was the wrong size: the receipt of the purchase was in Arizona. The staff was unable to provide the correct size in less than 2 weeks, and I would be back in Arizona by then. I was willing just to give the t-shirt back to them, as it has no use or purpose for me. They allowed for an exchange, which was very nice of them: I wouldn't blame them if they said "No receipt, no refund exchange" -- and they'd be well within their rights to do so. Thank you!

The larger sizes sell quickly, which is normal in secondhand stores, so visit regularly to find your size. They are well curated, both selling and consigning, so don't get insulted if they reject some of your clothes for resale. They pay fairly based on my experience with other stores. I saw comments about the staff being snobbish - and I would prefer commenters mention distinct behaviors rather than label people. My experience is that they leave you alone to shop but will help if you ask. They don't ooze with chitchat - but are helpful. Yes you have to make an appointment to consign but that doesn't seem like a reason to give a 1-star rating. They have an easy consignee portal where you can check the status of your clothing and sales.

I didn't think we would find one, but we found a very nice pillow and a GROOVY pillow case. It was like a wish came true. We also went back the next day and found MORE stuff. As if that wasn't enough, we went back the next day and found even more treasures. I will say that each time we went back, it was like going to a brand new store. In addition, all the staff was super friendly, fast and efficient. By the 3rd time we came in, we felt like seasoned regular customers. This is a must-stop destination whenever you go to the Island. I was very surprised by the prices--they were low compared to where I am vending now. So low that I might not even put in an application to vend there! BUT I will definitely be shopping there more for my own treasures! This place is CLEAN! And nice to wander around in. A really fun selection of stuff to gawk at! It is worth a visit if you are in the area. Close to I5 so you can hop off the freeway and also hit the Poodle Dog Restaurant after. No one followed me while I was shopping but I can see why they might do that. The antique mall I vend at has a problem with shoplifters, and most of the people swiping stuff do not look the part so there really is no need to be offended by being "profiled." They have cameras out and post photos of the shoplifters when they can. No vendor wants to lose inventory and Fife Antique Mall is trying to protect the vendors so I get it. But I also get why people might be offended if being followed by staff lol. There is really no solution to that--at least not that doesn't involve even more invasive handling like your bag and pockets checked when you leave. At least it is better than when you go to big box stores and half the inventory is locked up and needs a staff person to get to! The no bathroom thing does suck a bit though. I am sure that is due to the shoplifting problem. So many places these days will not let you use their bathroom but it is too bad they don't give exceptions to older folks and people with kids. Shoplifting will just get worse as the economy tanks but hopefully people who steal will be more focused on food and essentials than vintage treasure.

A majority of the clothing is definitely female-based but there's still a decent-sized men's section, and I (a guy) managed to find what I needed to complete my fit. I could definitely see my fiancée loving a lot of the clothing here as well. The prices were very fair and in a day and age where everything is so expensive, everything here felt fairly priced without skimping out on style or quality. Overall, definitely swing by here if you're looking for something retro/antiquarian, it's worth it.

Practically all of the clothing is geared towards women. I saw plenty of cool stuff though. Steve saw a great leather jacket but it wasn't his size or cut. I entered as a visitor to the island, genuinely excited to browse and even went out of my way to compliment the inventory--despite the laughably inflated prices that would make even luxury resale shops blush. That courtesy was clearly wasted. When I asked to see a pair of Red Bottoms, the owner sneered and announced the price as though she were issuing a challenge. Upon my perfectly reasonable response that I'd like to see them, she laughed and asked, "Are you sure?"--a remark dripping with smug judgment and barely concealed disdain. Let me be clear: this was not "banter," nor was it misunderstanding. It was a deliberate, classist attempt to belittle a customer. To be treated with such open contempt in a retail environment is not just off-putting--it's remarkable in the worst possible way. Save yourself the time, the walk, and the insult. This store offers nothing you can't find elsewhere, minus the humiliation. Stay away.
