One sign reading that they are out of the office and will be back at 12:30p which is when my appointment starts. Second sign reads, masks must be worn. After waiting outside about 15min with my 5YO and another customer (who was complaining about the signs to her husband) we gather our stuff and go in only to be told they don't allow children in the office because they run around and "mess with dental tools". What's irritating is lack of communication on the above issues by staff. I made appointments for myself, my wife and (ready for this) my 5YO son that I had just now canceled. Their solution was to have me wear a mask and leave my 5YO by himself in the lobby. Are you f*ucken nuts? Who would do that to their child. Far too many good options in town to deal with this dentistry for clowns

Anyway, I'm extremely shocked that they turned me away and said they would not "be a good fit" for me due to "not establishing trust." It was not a situation of distrust, but of location. Due to this disrespectful manner in which they dismissed me as a patient and left me to deal with dental pain when I never complained and was nothing but courteous, I would NOT recommend going to an office that seems to have a lack of humanity in general and an ego that would cause them to dismiss a person for simply using another dental office as if a person does not have a right to visit another provider.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness and how spacious it was for patients in the lobby area. The front desk staff is so polite and very professional. They answered all my questions and handle things with smile on their faces. One of the front desk staff was so nice and handled getting my x-rays and file due to not receiving it yet. She was super sweet. It was so refreshing to finally let my guard down and know this is where I'll come for my dental needs. I met the hygenist first and she was so informative, professional and funny. Her personality is the absolute best ever. Dr. Ghorshi is the best in NC in my opinion. He sat down did his exam and went straight into explaining what was needed and why it was needed. His professionalism and love for his craft is what more dentists need to exude. He doesn't mind doing x-rays and other things for his patience and that impressed me the most. I'm glad FINALLY my teeth are truly in great hands. Thank you to everyone who made my experience an amazing one today!

I also just wanted to talk to them about some problems I have been having. Dr. Nada was kind enough to squeeze me in quickly in between her appointments to check out my issue. She was able to hear me out, give me her advice, and at the end give me a ref. I was so thankful she took the time out to squeeze me in and help me out instead of just having to wait until my actual appointment next month. Most other Dr.s don't do that (and I have visited quite a few). This will definitely save us time in the long run and help me out with my problem. I HIGHLY recommend this practice.
