I was told I would have a new dentist and that was it. I thought it may have had something to do with my insurance. I asked if I can exclude the 2 X-rays that the insurance did not cover on my next visit. I was told I could not; there was no reason that made any sense! I subsequently found checking out was unpleasant as I was looked at side ways because I asked questions about the uncovered X-rays. I felt unwanted in a number of ways and their actions showed it. Of course I paid for those X-rays upon departing. You don't get to tell me I have to pay for a service that is not covered by my insurance not to mention the price for 2 X-rays have increased. In addition, I must say this office (other than the dental cleaning tech) has changed and customer service is awful. I smiled and was polite despite my dissatisfaction.
