I was thrilled with the results and the procedure was painless. After that, with every beauty tech I've seen, the product stung at least a little, and at one place in Boulder it straight up HURT, and the woman doing the procedure acted like it was nbd (and also didn't remember from the other time I'd seen her what my curl preferences were). I have learned through experience that the right beauty tech makes a HUGE difference. Brooke Millette has done the best job of any beauty tech I've ever seen and I will never go anywhere else. If/when she leaves Lash & Co in Longmont I will be SO sad. She is the absolute best and I cannot recommend her highly enough; she is absolutely gifted at what she does. It sounds silly but these eyelash extensions have changed my life in unexpected ways. Small ways but have had a huge impact on my mood, energy, confidence, and more! They've literally erased so much of my stress and mental load and freed up so much of my time. I'm not late for work bc my makeup took too long trying to perfect it. I don't get annoyed in the mornings because I can't get my mascara and my eyelashes to like each other. I'm not even putting makeup on anymore because the eyelashes do so much I don't feel like I need anything else. So I'm not sleeping in makeup anymore. My breakouts stopped. They always look the same and symmetrical (damn near impossible with mascara). The perfectionist in me is very satisfied. I was so worried they'd all fall out before the festival and I'd look silly but they stayed flawless and only had a few fall out due to eyelash growth. I told kaylee I wanted a classic set and for it to still look natural and she DELIVEREDDDD. And now I'm an eyelash girly and I'm never going back. Average at best, I'd be surprised if they last 1 week and I'm already debating the use of mascara to keep them from crossing. There's nothing more embarrassing than 'crossed lashes' that keep splitting and creating gaps. Not sure if it was an off day, the wax was too hot, or I just had a completely different experience than others, but I won't be back.
