would not recommend this place I had an appointment today at 345 my husband called this morning to reschedule because I have the FLU tested this morning they said you will be charged 45 cancelation fee because you didn't give 24 hour notice maybe I should have shared FLU with yall she also said we won't waive the fee because we have before YES you have I had COVID!!! and a family loss some things in life you can't give 24 hour notice so no you won't be getting the 45 cancelation fee but you also lost a customer so 45 dollar fee to losing 115 dollars every three weeks ok! There are other places!! I won't lie. My first experience here was no good. I had a lash lift done and my lashes weren't even or comparable at all. One eye, lashes went straight up toward my eyebrows. The other, they fanned out to the corner of my eye and weren't lifted as high. I didn't say anything to the esthician because I didn't notice till hours after. The owner, Quinn contacted me and asked me to go in for a redo. She set me up with one of her more experienced esthician's and it was much better! I understand not everyone is perfect. UPDATE: As you can see from the owner's response below me apparently this is all my fault. My review isn't "real" and this is just to make them look bad. Not! Yesterday I received a DM from their instagram page that was very nice and apologetic and I did appreciate it so I got over it. Then today I see that Quinn responded to my review from last week and never expected what I would read. Let's address all of Quinn's comments just like she did! A) Yes! I did recently book with you because I thought hey maybe I'll give this place another chance. But then I decided I couldn't do it so I cancelled the appointment and went to the absolute best lash and brow place that did my eyebrows so well it prompted me to write this review to warn people. B) I've been a client ever since I came to CSU in August so I've probably been in 3-4 times. Never really been completely satisfied but always figured I would give you another try because that's the person I am. C) I'm 18 years old I really don't care what technician I book with I either pick one of the names online or do the random one. Well now that a business owner has really come to stoop to the level of an 18 year old girl to argue with her you can see the business for what it really is. I was so hesitant to get lash extensions because I am super sensitive to everything. The staff of wink talked me through the pros/cons and I decided to book with one of their senior stylists. I had the greatest experience ever. Their salon is adorable, super clean, and so comfy. Now I look amazing, and I feel very confident again after years of having little baby lashes. I moved to FC 5 months ago from San Diego. My best friend in SD is a lash artist and I was super nervous about going somewhere new/unfamiliar. This place is amazing and even though I saw 3 different people (because I procrastinate & wait til the last minute to schedule). All 3 techs were more than great. I was going to Sylvia the last few times and always left so happy. Also It's decorated so cute inside and they're just overall accommodating. Front desk girls are so sweet! 10/10 recommend going here and you can book online. I really like their website. I recently moved back to CA though and will miss going there. I had a lash lift and tint and an eyebrow tint yesterday at Wink. My Stylist, Olivia was very friendly. My lashes turned out great BUT my eyebrows look terrible! Once I got home and saw them I couldn't believe they let me leave looking so bad. One brow is thicker than the other and both have dark splotches staining my skin that don't come off. I got my lash extensions done at Wink for my very first time. I was disappointed because they fell out when I took a shower the next day and in a week and I had maybe 7 that made it through. I was able to get them touched up again that same week after they fell out, but still didn't stick. Very nice service and technicians though! read more

I love Wink! I decided to treat myself to a set of Hollywood lashes for my birthday and now I'm addicted! I've had my lashes done by Silvia and Jaymie and they were both talented, professional, and friendly. I work with Silvia regularly and she always does an incredible job. To comment on someone else's review about their experience. I also paid the $40 deposit and was informed of the cancellation policy before my initial visit. I believe Wink has done an exceptional job of disclosing not only their cancellation policy, but also how to care and maintain my lashes. The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It saddens me that someone else didn't have the same experience I've had because I believe Wink is the best. I hope one review that wasn't as positive as the others doesn't deter others from going to Wink. Try it out. You'll love it! read more

Had great expectations. However, terrible customer service. Quinn was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Fortunately I asked around, found out they almost always force you to upgrade your services and if not only give you a half ass fill... so I chose to not keep my appointment. I paid a deposit ($40). When I called to cancel I was treated like I was the worst person. My appointment wasn't for more than 2 weeks away. They didn't want to refund my deposit. I had to be over upset and aggravated to make them understand that's not ok. The girl that I spoke with was rude, uneducated and obviously has no concept of how to represent a business. I'm sure they have been great for others but I would never consider giving them a chance. read more

I recently moved back to Colorado from Indiana and have been searching for a new lash technician and place. I found Wink and went for the first time three weeks ago and had a good experience. After my appointment, I scheduled another for three weeks out with Sylvia. I live 1.5 hours from Fort Collins, so had to plan my schedule for this appointment accordingly. I even had a family member drive me because my car is in the shop. The day of my appointment rolls around and we get to Fort Collins and 30 minutes before my appointment, I get a call from Sylvia saying she has to cancel because she isn't feeling well. I am extremely frustrated because not only did it result in a 3 hour pointless drive but it affected the family member who also drove me. I find it extremely unprofessional to call 30 min before to cancel. If you're sick, why even show up to work? And in addition, I told Sylvia the circumstances of me coming into town so she changed her mind and said I could come in. Again, if you're sick, how should that be allowed? I will never schedule an appointment at Wink again and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone else unless you're okay with sketchy cancellations. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. read more

Silvia is the tech who has done my lashes for over a year now and since the very first set I've been totally hooked. They have always looked great even when I Desperately need a fill they still look better than nothing on at all. Also this is important to point out that after a year of 24/7 wearing lash extensions I've noticed no damage or thinning to my natural lashes. Quinn runs a tight business and always does an awesome job accommodating my weird schedule and chronic lack of planning to get me in for re-lashes when I need them. The place is super cute and clean (I'm there all the time, I would know) and yelp itself is corrupt and seems to have a mission to screw with small businesses who don't drink their kool-aid. But seriously its the best place in Fort Collins or even Denver and I'm going to keep coming back even after I move and it'll be a 45 min. drive. So keep up the great work ladies and if you're going to book an appointment they have an easy to use online system and SYLVIA IS AMAZING at what she does. read more

I've had my lashes done in over 6 states and been getting them done for 4 years. Never in my life have I been to a place this bad. Upon walking in, I was greeted by unprofessional staff. The girl was wearing the shortest, most inappropriate dress. I asked for the Hollywood set. I would post a picture of what it looked like but I'm too embarrassed. I told her I wanted it long and curly and she did the exact opposite, short and straight out. After a literal day, my lashes were twisting and turning and coming out- this has never happened to me anywhere else. Also, the lash technician said she couldn't fill the 90-100% of my lashes (the service I paid for) because my lashes were "uneven and had more lashes on one eye," something I've never been told. Thankfully, another foco salon took me in to remove that full set and give me a great one! I will likely never return to Wink, nor will I refer any of my friends/sorority sisters. There are far better and cheaper options in Fort Collins! read more

Today I saw Josalyn to get a full set of classic lashes and they're amazing! She covered a little over 50% of them and was very quick, the appointment only took about an hour. She asked all the right questions about the shape, length and curl I wanted. The payoff was perfect. The price was also very affordable compared to other businesses. Also the interior of the salon is elegant and adorable which I appreciate. If my experience is consistently this great then I'll be a loyal customer to Josalyn and Wink! read more
