Frustrating and Unorganized Billing Practices…read more This is the third time I've received a statement from Mountain Land Physical Therapy claiming that I owe $5. I have called multiple times to explain that I paid all my copays at the time of my visits. Each time, they assure me they will review my account and get back to me, but they never follow through. The last time, they promised to send me a detailed breakdown via email, yet I never received anything. I even went in person to the clinic where I received treatment, and the staff there agreed with me that something seemed off. Despite this, I just received another statement saying I owe $5. The same thing happened with my husband's account--we paid what they claimed we owed, assuming we had simply missed a payment. But now I realize that they don't seem to keep their billing records straight and are asking for payments without proper verification. This is a matter of principle for me, and I would like to speak with someone who can truly resolve this issue. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service are extremely frustrating.

Appointments are too short. They are completely overpriced for the level of service that was provided, and lastly doing a few stretches does not qualify as actual physical therapy. Jerrin's been trying different things with me, and we've found some things that really seem to be working for me. My foot problems aren't necessarily the typical ones, and I'm happy he's been flexible and willing to try things -- and willing to continue doing the things I tell him are working particularly well. He's also giving me exercises to do at home which I really like. When it's non-covid, I'll be able to travel for work again and need exercises to do in hotels.

At that time I was informed that they did not take my insurance. I got another referral from my doctor and started over with another Physical Therapist. Then I got a bill for my co-pay of 3 visits from Restoration PT and it showed my insurance covered my visits. I called and questioned this and at that time was told that I was the only one that Aetna covered. If I had known I would not have started over with another Therapist. Now I have had to pay 3 additional co-pays that was not necessary. And Restoration still wants the money for these 3 co-pays. They should have known the situation with the insurance before my first visit

He is very knowledgeable about different techniques to fix joints that are out of place and muscles that are in knots. He was able to resolve problems when nothing else had worked.
