It is unhealthy, way too expensive, and their policies are not consumer centric. You are forced to overpay for snacks that have aspartame, corn syrup, fructose and other unhealthy ingredients. Many manufacturers have heard from the people and are taking action to remove harmful ingredients in our food chain, but Slimgenics will tell you their program removes toxins from your body. Well, then you end up ingesting toxins. The sign-up was expensive and the next day they hit you with buying the snacks, also expensive, and then on the 3rd visit, which is called a class, it is nothing more than another money grab on selling their supplements. They act like you won't lose weight as fast without them. And, there is no proof they are medical grade as touted as they use their own labels. The supplements are not required, but during the class fear tactics are used like: "I'm scared for you" and "Your toxicity is very high" and "we will push you". I am so disappointed wasting almost $1000 dollars with no recourse with a proposed total payout of $2600. I made a request to exchange some snacks for others and was told there is no refund, no exchange policy. The manager asked if I would speak with their district manager and I am still waiting for that call. I usually am a thoughtful consumer, but this time I totally goofed and got hoodwinked. I hope my comments will warn the public. There are way better weight loss programs out there that won't wipe out your savings. I am exercising and eating organic protein and veggies without their supplements and snacks and losing weight just fine on my own with vitamins from the health food store. You can purchase thermogenic products much cheaper from www.familybariatric.com who also offers aspartame free snacks, too.
