Wow. Coco is Phenomenal!! Apparently everybody there is…read moreextremely gifted btw. I am a deep tissue bodyworker for the last 20+ years and have a very busy demanding private practice....but my masseuse of 25 years finally retired and I have been having a very difficult time finding a truly talented masseuse. Coco blew my mind and I'm extremely picky! You either have the gift of Massage, or you don't, and she's up there w/ the BEST I've ever had!!! Vivian at the desk was wonderful as well and I am now beyond relieved to find my new masseuse! Lord knows I need regular massage in order to do my work, I'm SO happy I found my new home. Thank you!!!

I saw wonderful young lady name Sheila, and boy does she have magical hands, I walked out so relaxed and happy. I hope to go back soon. I do wish the now had a referral program, I have told many people about her and someone I know already booked. Thank you Sheila and The Now, please consider referral programs, which cost you nothing but make the client very happy, especially people like me who can't afford to go often, any perk helps. I owned a business for 23 years & customers feeling seen and heard goes a long way. I can't wait to come back!!! Sheila Rocks!

Highly Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price…read more I booked the 80-minute 'The New' massage for $170, and it was incredibly disappointing. The room had uncomfortably loud, jarring wave sounds, and staff refused to lower the volume when asked. Furthermore, the facility doesn't provide basic amenities like a robe or towel. To use the restroom, I had to get fully dressed in my street clothes and undress all over again. The lack of basic comfort and customer care is unacceptable. This was the most unnecessary $170 I've ever spent.

I came here in hopes of getting a better foot massage than the previous spa I've been to and…read moreunfortunately the experience was the worst. I've been to many places so I understand it's not always quiet however my therapist was on the phone while massaging me, literally answering phone calls. There was also an extreme amount of chaos at the time, people going back and forth and talking loudly. She also kept getting up multiple times and at some point I had a new therapist which wasn't any better. Both hardly massaged me even tho I requested medium pressure it was mostly a rub down not an actual massage. My bf also had a bad experience, he asked for light pressure and they kept going harder. He asked them to avoid his toe that was broken but ended up squeezing it. he also feels like he was touched in an uncomfortable spot. Would def not come back here.

It was really hard to find someone who offered prenatal massage, so I was thrilled when I found that this place does! I wouldn't have even thought to do the lymphatic massage after giving birth, but the therapist I worked with highly recommended it, and I'm so glad she did. The lymphatic massage greatly reduced the swelling and extra fluids in my body. Most recently I had a deep tissue massage with Alexa. After about 10 minutes I could tell that Alexa has a magic touch. I could feel the care in her hands, and to me that is a sign of a great therapist. Her pressure was perfect, and I didn't want it to end. I have had massage and body work for over 20 years and Alexa's massage was one of the best ever! The only thing I don't care for in the spa is the blue lighting, but you can request to change the color to whatever you prefer.

I would have given this place 4 stars, but this is the second time I booked a 90-minute massage and…read morewas only given a 60-minute session. The last massage therapist I had, Tanya, did an awful job. The massage felt rushed and unprofessional. She mostly used one hand, seemed inexperienced, and jumped randomly from one area to another without any flow or technique. Much of the session consisted of simply pressing my body down into the table rather than actually working on the muscles and relieving tension. I even asked her to use her hands more effectively and focus on releasing the pressure in my muscles, but she didn't listen. What a waste of my day off and my money. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated instead of relaxed. Again. Her name was TANYA.

Jill is incredible…read more I grew up in a family that taught the importance of bodywork. I had my first session when I was 18 and will never forget. Ever since then I had been so spoiled with extraordinary work that it has been so hard for me to find someone once I moved away from home. I always felt like I could feel the intention behind the person doing the work and it never quite felt right if he/she wasn't in alignment and/or had clear positive energy. After moving from San Diego to Brentwood about 6 months ago I began to search again for someone who could help me get connected with my body and help me on my energetic/spiritual journey. I was so lucky to find Jill. Not only are her massages the best I have ever experienced, but her energy and synchronicity with my blockages are on point. She goes far beyond the massage giving equal attention to one's mind, body, & spirit. Every touch she gives is intentional and I have never gone so deep in relaxation/trust and felt so open/free as a result. Further, I am an extremely private person and I find myself opening up to her about a variety of things from which she intuitively is already in touch with. I have been working with her for about three sessions now and look forward to continuing the journey. Jill truly has the gift of a healing touch and brings such brilliant authenticity to what she does. I highly recommend her work for a wide variety of needs. She will meet you where you are and help bring you into a higher vibration. Thank you Jill!
