I went on their website and saw they have 1 hour foot massage with head and shoulder massage, so I called to make a same day booking. The receptionist was very helpful and made the booking for me. She also informed me that there was free parking across the street. The location is great too, it's just 5 mins walk away from the Gilmore sky train station. As soon as I walked in the receptionist, her little white poodle, my therapist Huma came out to greet me and asked what I need and why I needed to come in. I was seated on a comfy lazy boy chair. The rooms are clean and with dim lighting and spa music. Huma prepared a bowl of warm water to soak my feet to start. The massage was great to the point that I almost fell asleep. Huma was very knowledgeable on which area to press on the foot to release body stress. After massaging my feet, she targeted on my leg cramps area. She was able to relief my leg cramps and wrapped a hot towel after the massage. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a quick massage.

The "massage" felt like they were deliberately trying to rub lotion in every nook and cranny. They finished with a face and hair (not head) massage and I was mortified and internally screaming because there was so much force and tugging. Definitely not zen and I'm pretty sure they gave me more wrinkles and clogged pores than I walked in with. No hands were washed before touching our faces and oil and lotion was applied over our makeup without warning. I'm pretty sure we got scammed lol. Save your time and money.

I'm a Richmond girl and I have been making trips back here for the past 2 months! I endure that 45…read moremin drive to Spa at the Madison because it's that good for my lashes! It all started with a Groupon for the Fluttery and Fabulous eyelash extension set ($100). My eyelash stylist was Aija. She was wonderful to my newbie lashes. She made sure I was comfortable, explained everything she did and she was so careful and gentle, I would have never known she was working on my lashes. I appreciate the gel pads that go under your lower lashes, which help prevent those pesky tweezers from jabbing your flesh. The whole process was 1 hour. We chatted a bit in the beginning but I just enjoyed the process of closing my eyes and relaxing to the songs that played lightly in the background. After I sat up from my mid-afternoon nap, I awoken to a beautifully created set of new lashes. The lashes looked natural yet dramatic enough to be noticed, there was no irritation from the glue, I saw no clumps... essentially they looked like lashes I had grown myself! (A majority of people always ask if the lashes are real... because it looks that natural!) The extensions are synthetic mink - to prevent allergic reactions and bacterial growth. After that first set, I visit every 2-3 weeks depending on how much I want refilled. (2 week refill is 30 mins ($35) and 3 week refills ($55) is an hours worth of eyelash refill time). In the end, it's a slightly pricey indulgence but it feels so good to wake up with gorgeous lashes without putting on mascara or using that heated lash curler). If you want to try them out, this is the place to go! The prices are comparable if not way cheaper than other eyelash extension places - plus I know Aija will do an amazing job and I'll never have to worry about too much glue, double lashing, or questions in cleanliness like some other places I have read reviews on. This spa is mini but it has a lovely washroom and they offer you tea is you need to wait or while you're having your mani done. Bonus, lots of free street parking! Flutter on Yelpers!

The worst Brazilian waxing service I've gotten. It's nothing personal, strictly based on a service…read moreperformance. I've been with so many waxers in my life so far probably at least 10-15 and I've never felt this much of pain, also it took such a long time! I don't know the waxer's name but she looks pretty young and after getting waxing I am honestly not sure if she actually knows how to do Brazilian waxing properly. It took about 40 mins which is doubled amount of any other waxers I've had, SUPER painful, and didn't even get rid of all hair. I don't know if it's only her or the wax they use. It feels like some white glue you use for carpentry.. I had to rinse it off right after I get home and it still feels weird. She pulled same areas of my skin several times and it hurts SO MUCH. I've never left any negative reviews before or leave not generous tip after getting any kind of services but I really don't want anyone to have the same time-wasting, super painful experience like I just had so I had to write a review. I don't know about any other services but for a Brazilian waxing don't ever go there. I'd attach a photo to prove my point if it wasn't my private part. Edit: I don't really need a complimentary treatment since I don't really like the wax your shop uses but if you could get me a little portion of skin soothing gel that'll be great. The part that I got waxed off hurts so much it bothers my sleep...

I started with monthly facials, and for the last eight years I've been coming every two weeks because the results have been consistently amazing. Over the years, I've tried many of their advanced laser and premium facial treatments, including Revite, Lumecca, Forma, Mini Fx, Hollywood Peel, Acqua Peel, Oxygen Facial, RF Lifting, Aqua Facial, E‑Pen Microneedling, Lala Peel, Platinum HydraFacial, and most recently Thermage. Every treatment has made a noticeable difference, and my skin is healthier, clearer, and more radiant than ever. The things I appreciate most about Trinity is absolutely no pressure and no upselling. They recommend what's genuinely best for your skin. I also want to give a special shoutout to Lina, who has been my esthetician for the past few years. Lina is wonderful -- knowledgeable, gentle, and someone I trust completely with my skin. Although I give Lina full discretion on the best facial treatment for the session, she always communicates her process, any post-care precautions, and expectations. Her recommendations are always spot‑on, and I genuinely look forward to every appointment with her. Trinity Salon & Spa is exceptional in every way: advanced treatments, honest service, and staff who truly care. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

She always listens to my needs, and my skin leaves feeling deeply hydrated, refreshed, and glowing. She takes her time with every step -- cleansing, masking, and extractions -- and I especially love her gentle touch during the facial and upper body massage. Her hands are magic and she creates such a relaxing, nurturing experience. I book my facial and eye treatments with Sun once a month because I love how well she takes care of me. I've recommended Trinity Spa to my neighbour, friends, and family, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a calming, luxurious self-care experience. The spa itself is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff are always friendly and professional, which makes every visit feel extra special.
