There is not much of a lounge area in terms of other amenities - they had some tea and a comfortable seating area but no steam room or sauna. I really struggled with their online booking system for 2 people also and when I was mid booking, our conversation was cut off at closing time. We were literally wrapping up. Luckily my appointments were still available, but I thought it was really odd the system cuts off the conversation. I would definitely recommend this place and would be back!
