I had about 5 different contractors come over, view my roof (one by a drone, so he did not even look at my roof in person) and tell me I need to rip everything up, get a permit... the whole thing. Someone on Nextdoor suggested Focus on Construction, so I called them to look at my roof and guess what they did? Focused on Construction. First of all - I called Naldi, and he came over between jobs to look at my roof THAT DAY. He SUPER was honest, told me what I needed (I only had one layer up there, so they did not have to rip anything apart, get new wood/planks, rebuild a hatch...) and he explained what they would need to fix. He said "we can fix your leak, or re-line the entire roof." which was appreciated (said my wallet and nerves). Naldi was the ONLY person to offer fixing my roof as a possibility. Also, during the conversation, I told him of other tasks that were insisted to me by other contractors that NEEDED to be done - and he asked "Why do you need to do that? No... No... You do not need a new ___" THAT is how honest he was. He made it known that he was there to fix my problem correctly, not oversell. EVEN BETTER?!?!? The price was beyond reasonable. EVEN BETTER THAN THAT!?!? He was at my house a week later to reline my roof and they finished the job not only super great, they completed it within the time frame given. In conclusion: great communication, they speak to you like you are an intelligent human, honest, competitive pricing, and they get the job done, SON!
