They have no concern about expediting your order when it's placed. I waited patiently for 3 WEEKS and still didn't get my order!! I emailed .... I called the number and the phone rang for a long time and I waited till someone answered. The woman's tone was as if she couldn't care less about my order! The fact that I emailed them on week 2 that I didn't receive the order then called on week 3 only to be told that it was being shipped out that same day.... I waited all day for tracking number by email.... No tracking number was ever sent. Call the following day asking for the tracking number only to be told that there is none. I explained I needed for my vacation coming up in a few days.... And that the order would obviously not reach in time before I leave. I then told her cancel my order and give me my full refund! Her sarcastic response "OK Have a good rest of your day" and abruptly hung up. They don't realize there's other boutiques in Florida selling the same things they are selling ..... I am gladly taking my Money elsewhere. And it's true what other reviews have said... some of their clothing is poor quality for the price and awful customer service plus the strict return policy of store credit only, slow shipping . However, today, I went in with a huge gift card, ready to buy some fall/winter clothes, and after trying on a bunch, saw a line that was at least fifteen people deep. I went back to the dressing rooms to ask if they could possibly hold my items while I ran to the restroom, as the line was so long. The girl there was completely snotty with me and rolled her eyes! Are you kidding me? She also made some terrible sighing sounds. Meanwhile, another employee who was there said he would hold the items for me as I would only be gone for a few minutes. After receiving the attitude from the rude salesgirl in the back, I decided to ask the guy for his manager. I was able to talk with the asst manager on duty who was very apologetic. I was just shocked. I have never experienced any rude employees at any Banana Republic in all of my years of shopping with them, until now. The sales lady showed me where they were and came back to check on me. I picked out some and went to check out. At the cash register I asked if they would really not show under my workout pants and the cashier advised that if they are too large they would ride up and show. She suggested I try the panties over my own to make sure of sizing, I loved that their fitting rooms were open. I went ahead and tried both sizes and the same sales lady even measured me to be sure. I'm definitely in between the small and medium as suspected so I went with the small since they fit ok over my own underwear. I shall try them with my workout pants to be sure but I'm glad the cashier suggested trying them on. The customer service was excellent I would say and I attribute it to the fact that there were no teenagers who would rather not work working in this store unlike at Under Armour. I'm going to need some bras soon so I shall return. Don't let the store full you, I saw some sexy designs inside.

She claimed they closed at 7:30 even though it's clearly listed that they close at 8, and there were plenty of people shopping. She then changed her story and said they were short staffed and so for security reasons she couldn't let me in. There were plenty of people shopping and I would've been out of there way before them but this lady (Cindy) for some reason made it her personal mission not to let me in the store for two minutes during open business hours.
