Outstanding Service at Lane Bryant Outlet - A Special Thank You to Ms. Robin…read more I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Lane Bryant Outlet located at 11201 Bass Pro Parkway in Little Rock, Arkansas on 21 June 2025. From the moment we walked in, Ms. Robin made us feel welcomed and cared for in a way that went far beyond what most people expect in retail. Ms. Robin went above and beyond to help my mother find the right sizes that fit her specific measurements. She was warm, patient, and incredibly attentive while assisting her in selecting the best intimates for her body type. She did not just point us in a direction, she personally walked my mom to the dressing room, checked on her regularly, and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. When I shared that my mother has ongoing leg and arm issues, Ms. Robin took that to heart. She treated my mother with extra care and dignity, showing her kindness that truly touched us both. I mentioned how far we had to walk from where we parked and how difficult that had been for my mom. Ms. Robin immediately encouraged my mom to stay inside the cool, air-conditioned store while I brought the car around. She then escorted my mom through the building to meet me at a closer exit, thoughtfully protecting her from the blistering heat outside. This was not just great customer service, it was humanity, compassion, and professionalism all wrapped into one. Ms. Robin made us feel seen, supported, and valued. People like her make all the difference. Lane Bryant leadership, please recognize Ms. Robin. She is a gem.

A 50% off on Columbia and I believe it was 20% on the other brand. I was directed to where the youth gloves were and they had them all separated by brand (north face, Columbia, etc) and how warm you needed them to be. I purchased a pair of gloves and found out when I got home they were too big. In the warmer gloves, there wasn't a huge selection of sizes. So I returned them to the store. They really didn't have what I was looking for (because of her size). I didn't really want the mittens but the gloves with the fingers. It's a small store and it looked like it had a good selection of different things but again I was only looking for gloves. Since I didn't see anything I was going to return the gloves for a refund but the lady at the counter told me to just try the mittens because there really aren't gloves my daughters size with the individual fingers and if I saw some somewhere else I could always return them. She wanted me to at least have something for hands rather nothing. So I went ahead and exchanged them but realized that in doing so I changed the brands of gloves I was exchanging for. Instead of charging me the difference for the gloves, she made it an even exchange which I thought was really nice of her. So although these gloves were not at the same sale price, I got them for the same price as the Columbia gloves that were 50% off. I would definitely return to shop because i really liked the service.
