The store is over priced and the workers are weird. This store doesn't get that much business because people don't wanna purchase too much also because the workers are nit picky about returns. Too many staff "trying to help". One works the front and apparently can't walk with you to the back to show you where the particular thing hangs. Another one has an attitude like someone stole her lunch. Out of 5 people working in the store only one girl, who worked in the back was helpful and did her job with a smile. The workers have no compassion to customers and they're really snobby. They don't care about how customers feel and they never make any exceptions towards returns or refunds. They didn't understand my situation or what had happened to my refund. Also they lack good customer service. The service is crappy and they don't know how to do their jobs correctly. The prices at Lululemon suck and I can find the same kind of clothes somewhere else for a more affordable price. Never going back to this store again. read more

This is probably my favorite store! I live in their Align Pants. I shop at this location most often because the employees are nice and helpful. They really take their time to make the experience here personal. If they're out of a size or the color you want, they'll call other stores who have the item and ship it to your house free of charge. All the regular items are between $40-$150 but they always put new items on the sale racks which are all final sales. This location is dog friendly and they offer yoga classes. Big plus if you're a fitness professional because you'll get a nice discount on their stuff! read more

So mean. Stopped there yesterday to pick up a gift card for my son's 31st birthday which was yesterday. I just had an artificial knee surgery performed, am using a walker. I'm in terrible pain, I'm with my 93 year old mom, it's over 100 degrees outside and the tall guy in the flowered shorts would not let us in. Said we'd have to wait 20 minutes. REALLY? It was all we could do to get there and then have this inconsiderate snot with no compassion say "Rules are Rules"which was his little motto. read more

My entire wardrobe is practically by this company. Working for a gym & being a yogi means buying lots of great yoga pants, tops & bras with great quality. I love everything Lulu stands for & I know their employees are treated very nicely... However, this location seems to do the opposite to their customers. I've been here too many times & every time I go in, I wonder why. It's less of an inconvenience to drive out to Westlake or Studio City where atleast I know I'll have better customer service. -plus their selections are better than this one's. Cute colours and great styles... but for someone who's never been in there before, I found the staff to be less than helpful. I didn't know the specifics about their products (specifically, any of the work out pants)... while the tags on them were sort of helpful, I would have appreciated some dedicated assistance. Great customer service! I work out frequently and buy all of my clothes from Lululemon. The Wunder Under crop pants are my favorite. The pants never fade and are so flattering! My favorite top is the Everyday Tank. I also love the Y Flow bras. Recently, I brought in my favorite sweater because it had a small hole. Sales staff was great. They sent it out to be repaired and I received it two days later. The sweater was just like new. The prices reflect the quality and workmanship. read more

Let me first off say Lulu is easily in my top three favorite stores, but this location simply sucks. I would say 1 in every 10 times I go in I am greeted and able to deal with a nice employee. Most of the time I go in there for 20 minutes and have to ask for help when I am the only one in there. If you have a problem with any clothing all other locations will switch them out or at least offer to fix them but this one doesn't even bother. Everything is "up to the manager" who always says no. I also received a gift card a year ago that stated I could get cash back for when it is under 10 dollars but the manager said that law changed 10 years ago and only does it for under a dollar. For a customer that owns over 50 lululemon articles I feel disrespected. I suggest going to the Topanga mall or Westlake location, they also have more of a selection. read more

Like all Lulu stores, they have excellent customer service - repairing or replacing any articles that come apart at the seams or accidentally tear. Pretty good selection of men's articles also for when you are shopping with your honey. read more

I have been a LULU fan since the store opened on the UWS in New York. Upon moving back to Calabasas, I was so excited that there was a LULU at the Commons. The manager there, Hannah, is great. When I brought in a rain jacket with a broken zipper, she sent the jacket back to HQ to have it fixed. When that proved impossible, she provided me with a gift certificate to cover the cost of the jacket. Although this process ended up taking about 6 months (my only gripe), the customer service was appreciated. The clothing (while pricey) is worth the money. Sometimes, you do find a decent sale item. They have great designs. My favorite are the Groove Pant and MoveOn tops!! read more

Lululemon is like walking into a classy hair southern hair salon without the hair. The people are so friendly and helpful. They take the time to make sure you have the right fit and the latest styles. The clothing is UNBELIEVABLY flattering! Yes, these are the clothes you want to wear whether you are bloated or not. If you love lululemon, you know that not all lululemon stores are created equally. This is by far my favorite location in Los Angeles. Best size, store lay out, options, and staff. Unfortunately, some lululemon items contain animal products, e.g., goose and wool, so I am not able to give this company or location 5 stars. Since lululemon has championed so many incredible synthetic fabrics, it is curious to me that is continues to source some materials from animals--especially after an undercover investigation exposed the actual conditions of an "ethical" wool supplier used by Patagonia. read more

The best workout gear, HANDS DOWN, EVER!!!! I love their stuff - it defies descript - it is so comfortable, well-made, great-looking, and high quality - not to mention super stylish. It wears so well, and you can wash it constantly and it doesn't wear out. It also dries very fast. I feel so good in it, it has actually made me want to work out more - and I do!! I am a total convert - I doubt I will ever buy any other kind of workout gear. It is pretty expensive, but worth EVERY penny. read more

I come here because my Crossfit coach from Valley Crossfit is an ambassador so I know the staff because they attend class. It's a really positive place with really good workout clothing. Lululemon is geared towards the yoga crowd but their high quality clothes are good for everything. Dress it up or dress this shit down--the clothing is very flattering! I entered this store to buy a nice pair of workout shorts. I don't enjoy people seeing me sweat through my shorts. So once I found a pair of shorts that I liked, I thought I should ask the male store clerk how these shorts react to sweat. I'm about to spend $70 on a pair of gym shorts so I think it's a fair question. The associate assures me that this dryfit material will not show one ounce of sweat. He even said when he works out, he sweats A LOT! - and no sweat shows. So naturally I think, great! I'll take them. Two days later, I workout wearing my nice, SWEAT PROOF shorts... not more than 10 minutes into my workout, it looks like I peed myself. Sweating through a $10 pair of gym shorts from Target, no problem, that's expected. But when I went out of my way to ask an associate if it will happen in my Lululemon shorts, and he assures me that this is a pair of dryfit gym shorts, and he lies to my face just to get a sale. He asked one of the sales girls why and she went through a very thorough explanation of science and technology that goes into the fabrics. So I came in today to exchange a brand new tank that was washed once with only lululemon gear and dried on low (delicate) as instructed by the tags. After this poor tanks first ever 10 minute dry, it was damaged with light burn marks over the bottom of the shirt and the inside bra lining. It was the only piece that came out this way and happened to be brand new. Mind you this was not on the tank until AFTER it was in the dryer. Immediately the manager and educator both were skeptical that I knew how to properly care for the fabric and stated that in fact, the shirt was not burned but stained and that they don't cover damage that the customer causes but they'll make an exception this time. The employees here are very rude and undermining. As someone who has been a supporter of this brand for years and has countless pieces, I understand how to properly care for lululemons gorgeous yet *very* temperamental clothing. If a fabric issue occurs over time, I get it. However if an issue occurs right away, that's definitely within bounds for an exchange. Like any other smart gal - I aim to make my gears longevity last especially when it comes to lulu due to how pricey they are. I don't abuse the quality guarantee and I really don't appreciate be treated in a manner as such. I completely understand others do this, but every customer should be treated as an individual not a number especially when you can go online and read numerous complaints about fabric quality issues with this tank. Sorry reps, but you obviously need to be trained on your companies quality promise, do your homework on the products and hopefully shift your attitude towards the people who fund your job. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here for anything, Westlake is far better and true to the unique lulu experience. read more
