Took a summer series class in partnership with this location and I had a blast! Class was held outside on the grass and it was perfect. There was a bit of noise from the construction going on, but other than that class was peaceful. After class we were invited back to the store for some discounted shopping, some raffle giveaways, and some small açai bowls! Parking wasn't bad at this location either overall I really enjoyed my time in the class and the activities after! read more

I just wanted to come here and thank the staff for treating me so kindly. I got sick last year and lost much more weight than I would have ever wanted to. Galsa (I'm so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was so kind helping me to find a good pair of leggings that weren't baggy on me. Thank you so much to the entire team. You all are the kindest and most nonjudgmental people. I hope everybody frequents this location! They deserve all the praise and accolades! I'm currently wearing my leggings right now and feel so much more confident read more

They got the most comfortable leggings hands down!! Bonnie is so sweet with an amazing smile and great customer service! I was so happy to buy the leggings here Thank you Bonnie ! read more

The store is over priced and the workers are weird. This store doesn't get that much business because people don't wanna purchase too much also because the workers are nit picky about returns. Don't waste your money on clothes. Use money for important things that are food or gas. Not clothes that you don't need. read more

First time here and I had a very nice and enjoyable shopping experience, my teenage daughter wanted to get some Luluemon pants and the service was great. Many different employees came up to us at different times asking if we needed help and very friendly. Purchased some sweat pants and she loved them so much, came back 2 days later to get a 2nd pair. read more

My favorite lululemon shop in the area. Service is attentive but not hurried, helpful and not pushy, and efficient. Thanks! read more

Love the clothes and the staff... But, has corporate lost its' mind???? Lululemon's idea of Black Friday was a total joke... almost no selection and everything was out of season stuff that would languish at the Outlet! What a waste of time and what a total waste of customer good will! The photo I attached was the "men's section" Nothing else was on sale! read more

I love how it's always so clean and organized in here, everything I want is always in stock! Not to mention everyone is always so helpful. Sophia helped me find exactly what I came in for as soon as I walked in! Thanks again Sophia :) read more

Too many staff "trying to help". One works the front and apparently can't walk with you to the back to show you where the particular thing hangs. Another one has an attitude like someone stole her lunch. Out of 5 people working in the store only one girl, who worked in the back was helpful and did her job with a smile. For such overpriced clothes I do expect a thank you after a purchase...also, it is not even a summer in LA and store is like 80 degrees inside. Turn up the AC. Unpleasant. read more

Impeccable service. I came in looking for a blazer to match a pair of pants I had received as a gift from Lululemon previously. The blazer itself was not in stock at the store, but it was quickly ordered for me at this location to be sent to my home. I was helped by Mary and she is absolutely lovely. Professional, courteous, fun, and kind. Please reward her flawless customer service. read more

This store has stupid expensive prices and the workers are not nice people. The store is small and the people don't care about customers

This is probably my favorite store! I live in their Align Pants. I shop at this location most often because the employees are nice and helpful. They really take their time to make the experience here personal. If they're out of a size or the color you want, they'll call other stores who have the item and ship it to your house free of charge. All the regular items are between $40-$150 but they always put new items on the sale racks which are all final sales. This location is dog friendly and they offer yoga classes. Big plus if you're a fitness professional because you'll get a nice discount on their stuff! read more

The workers have no compassion to customers and they're really snobby. They don't care about how customers feel and they never make any exceptions towards returns or refunds. They didn't understand my situation or what had happened to my refund. Also they lack good customer service. The service is crappy and they don't know how to do their jobs correctly. The prices at Lululemon suck and I can find the same kind of clothes somewhere else for a more affordable price. Never going back to this store again. read more

So mean. Stopped there yesterday to pick up a gift card for my son's 31st birthday which was yesterday. I just had an artificial knee surgery performed, am using a walker. I'm in terrible pain, I'm with my 93 year old mom, it's over 100 degrees outside and the tall guy in the flowered shorts would not let us in. Said we'd have to wait 20 minutes. REALLY? It was all we could do to get there and then have this inconsiderate snot with no compassion say "Rules are Rules"which was his little motto. read more

My entire wardrobe is practically by this company. Working for a gym & being a yogi means buying lots of great yoga pants, tops & bras with great quality. I love everything Lulu stands for & I know their employees are treated very nicely... However, this location seems to do the opposite to their customers. I've been here too many times & every time I go in, I wonder why. It's less of an inconvenience to drive out to Westlake or Studio City where atleast I know I'll have better customer service. -plus their selections are better than this one's. Sorry guys & gals, you'll have to shape up, I won't be shopping here anytime soon! read more

I'd never shopped at a lululemon store before but decided to check them out this past weekend. Cute colours and great styles... but for someone who's never been in there before, I found the staff to be less than helpful. I didn't know the specifics about their products (specifically, any of the work out pants)... while the tags on them were sort of helpful, I would have appreciated some dedicated assistance. Left empty handed - oh well! read more

Great customer service! I work out frequently and buy all of my clothes from Lululemon. The Wunder Under crop pants are my favorite. The pants never fade and are so flattering! My favorite top is the Everyday Tank. I also love the Y Flow bras. Recently, I brought in my favorite sweater because it had a small hole. Sales staff was great. They sent it out to be repaired and I received it two days later. The sweater was just like new. The prices reflect the quality and workmanship. read more

Let me first off say Lulu is easily in my top three favorite stores, but this location simply sucks. I would say 1 in every 10 times I go in I am greeted and able to deal with a nice employee. Most of the time I go in there for 20 minutes and have to ask for help when I am the only one in there. If you have a problem with any clothing all other locations will switch them out or at least offer to fix them but this one doesn't even bother. Everything is "up to the manager" who always says no. I also received a gift card a year ago that stated I could get cash back for when it is under 10 dollars but the manager said that law changed 10 years ago and only does it for under a dollar. For a customer that owns over 50 lululemon articles I feel disrespected. I suggest going to the Topanga mall or Westlake location, they also have more of a selection. read more

Great store! Very clean with a wide variety of items, bigger than some lululemon stores. Staff was very helpful!

Very nice store in the Commons. It's the only Lulu I know of in the valley. Like all Lulu stores, they have excellent customer service - repairing or replacing any articles that come apart at the seams or accidentally tear. Pretty good selection of men's articles also for when you are shopping with your honey. read more

lululemon athletica - Nice perks - Sports Wear Near Me - Calabasas, California

I have been a LULU fan since the store opened on the UWS in New York. Upon moving back to Calabasas, I was so excited that there was a LULU at the Commons. The manager there, Hannah, is great. When I brought in a rain jacket with a broken zipper, she sent the jacket back to HQ to have it fixed. When that proved impossible, she provided me with a gift certificate to cover the cost of the jacket. Although this process ended up taking about 6 months (my only gripe), the customer service was appreciated. The clothing (while pricey) is worth the money. Sometimes, you do find a decent sale item. They have great designs. My favorite are the Groove Pant and MoveOn tops!! read more

Lululemon is like walking into a classy hair southern hair salon without the hair. The people are so friendly and helpful. They take the time to make sure you have the right fit and the latest styles. The clothing is UNBELIEVABLY flattering! Yes, these are the clothes you want to wear whether you are bloated or not. Good quality. The prices are expensive, but it fits so well, you don't care. The monday runs are pretty nice too. read more

Today reminded me the reason why i stopped going to this location. Every time I've gone in here to shop they've been rude. It's literally been about 7 years since i last walked into this store and yup nothings changed. The cashier #99994000115814 because i don't remember her name was rude and felt she could talk to a person any kind of way.. read more

If you love lululemon, you know that not all lululemon stores are created equally. This is by far my favorite location in Los Angeles. Best size, store lay out, options, and staff. Unfortunately, some lululemon items contain animal products, e.g., goose and wool, so I am not able to give this company or location 5 stars. Since lululemon has championed so many incredible synthetic fabrics, it is curious to me that is continues to source some materials from animals--especially after an undercover investigation exposed the actual conditions of an "ethical" wool supplier used by Patagonia. read more

The best workout gear, HANDS DOWN, EVER!!!! I love their stuff - it defies descript - it is so comfortable, well-made, great-looking, and high quality - not to mention super stylish. It wears so well, and you can wash it constantly and it doesn't wear out. It also dries very fast. I feel so good in it, it has actually made me want to work out more - and I do!! I am a total convert - I doubt I will ever buy any other kind of workout gear. It is pretty expensive, but worth EVERY penny. read more

This company may have the worst online order processing and shipment tracking software I've seen. The ship dates are wrong, the in transit information is wrong, the delivery date is a mystery. It's unfortunate to have an experience this poor from a company that is so popular. read more

I come here because my Crossfit coach from Valley Crossfit is an ambassador so I know the staff because they attend class. It's a really positive place with really good workout clothing. Lululemon is geared towards the yoga crowd but their high quality clothes are good for everything. Dress it up or dress this shit down--the clothing is very flattering! The staff is so outgoing and awesome! They take care of you and there's free hemming! read more

Knowledgeable and Friendly I recently visited lululemon with my 19 year old son and he was surprised at how expensive the clothes were. He asked one of the sales girls why and she went through a very thorough explanation of science and technology that goes into the fabrics. The sales girl was very knowledgeable and friendly (also cute per my son). read more

What a horrible way lulu lemon chose to handle this situation we are in. I've been standing on line for 45 minutes in the heat just to do a simple return. I don't need to go inside and try on every item in the store, like some of the people before me seem to be doing. Store employees should manage the process better. This is just ridiculous read more

I entered this store to buy a nice pair of workout shorts. I don't enjoy people seeing me sweat through my shorts. So once I found a pair of shorts that I liked, I thought I should ask the male store clerk how these shorts react to sweat. I'm about to spend $70 on a pair of gym shorts so I think it's a fair question. The associate assures me that this dryfit material will not show one ounce of sweat. He even said when he works out, he sweats A LOT! - and no sweat shows. So naturally I think, great! I'll take them. Two days later, I workout wearing my nice, SWEAT PROOF shorts... not more than 10 minutes into my workout, it looks like I peed myself. Sweating through a $10 pair of gym shorts from Target, no problem, that's expected. But when I went out of my way to ask an associate if it will happen in my Lululemon shorts, and he assures me that this is a pair of dryfit gym shorts, and he lies to my face just to get a sale. That is unacceptable! read more

The employee at the register was so rude. She made me feel uncomfortable as I trying to return a present that I could not locate the gift receipt for. The ladies in Calabasas were wonderful. This was my first visit to a Lululemon store to buy my first pair of workout pants. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. By finding out the type of workout that I do, along with the type of fit felt the most comfortable, I was able to find the perfect pair (bought 2) while on my lunch break. I will definitely be back again, there were so many cute pieces that I had to leave behind.. read more
