The ambience is inviting and festive with its traditional colorful passport cut decorations known as paper picado. It's definitely a little homey and reminded me of my family who are in another state. The interior is spacious with a lot of tables and chairs. They also sell meat, other products and some produce that's located on the right-hand side after entering. I ended up ordering Quesabirria tacos place which included rice and beans. Their Quesabirria tacos with their birria consommé was amazing. The meat was flavorful, tender, with consommé with both their green and red-hot sauces were just chef's kiss. The meat didn't have fat, since a lot of places do serve it with all the fatty parts, so it was awesome that these Quesabirria tacos didn't have the meat fat in them. By far some of the best Quesabirria tacos with their bomb hot sauces. I complimented the lady who made them since I walked over to the area where you order and behind the counter is where they cook the food. The lady who made them said, thank you, it was me who made them and she said she was happy to hear I was happy with them. Honestly, these Quesabirria tacos were cooked with umami, especially with the hot sauces. I'm craving them now that I'm writing this up. Hehe he You all have to check them out and if you love Quesabirria tacos you most definitely have to stop by. I also ordered an Aguas fresca and opted for their cantaloupe Aguas fresca. It was okay, but I wasn't a fan, it didn't taste like it was made from cantaloupe, it tasted more like prepackaged powder to me, so that was the only let-down. My friend and her kiddo enjoyed their food. Overall, a great experience, from superb customer service to deliciously awesome food. I'll be back for sure. The tacos are stuffed with beef and you can add salsa, onion, lime, they throw in some cilantro too if that's something you like. The quesadilla was absolutely bursting with chicken fajita meat. I loved the food we got tonight and I'm eager to return and try some other options from their expansive menu. A bit on the pricier side, but quality is there and I think it's worth it.
