UPDATED REVIEW - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!…read more I went to this salon hoping for a proper balayage treatment and instead left with a botched, one-tone color job that looked NOTHING like the inspiration picture I showed. I spent 6 HOURS in the chair only to go home and realize my hair had not been balayaged at all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned the next day to express my concerns -- and that's when things got worse. One of the workers immediately got defensive, arguing with me and claiming that the inspo photo I provided "wasn't balayage." If you know what real balayage is, you know it's a multi-dimensional, blended color, not one flat shade. The stylist who originally did my hair wasn't there, and I was told I couldn't get a refund, but that the stylist would call me. I left my number and waited all day. No call. I went back again on Wednesday and was shocked by what happened next. The stylist who did my hair asked me to step outside -- not to resolve things, but because he didn't want the other customers hearing our conversation. He told me my hair was "fine" and denied doing anything wrong. When I confronted him directly and asked if he had ever done balayage before, he admitted he hadn't. Let that sink in: he experimented on my hair without telling me he lacked experience. Even after admitting this, he refused to fix my hair unless I paid another $50. When I rightfully refused and demanded it be corrected for free, he told me I didn't have to give him my business and could "call the police" for all he cared. That's how little they value their customers. What truly speaks volumes is what happened next. I went back inside and asked the three women who were currently getting their hair done if they knew what balayage was -- they all said yes. When I showed them my hair and asked if it looked like I had gotten balayage, all three said "NO." Even complete strangers could see how badly this salon messed up. They were shocked. This salon refused to refund me, refused to correct their mistake, and instead tried to charge me more for their failure. Ladies, do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE. A real stylist will be honest about their skills, take accountability when they mess up, and respect your time and money. This salon does none of that. They care only about charging you -- not about delivering the service they promised. To top it all off, I uploaded a photo of the stylist who worked on my hair. If you see this man -- do NOT let him near your hair. You deserve better.

It is the prettiest one in the area, all of the stylists are excellent, Eric, who owns the place is always welcoming and complementary, and the hair washing is like going to a spa. Soo many salons had told me it was too drastic of a color change and could ruin my hair but Crystal just said "if you have a few hours I can absolutely do this for you". Fast forward a few hours and my hair looked STUNNING! Needless to say, I've been a client ever since! Strangers actually stop me in the street to tell me how much they like my hair. People think it's natural, which is amazing because red hair doesn't always look natural! For a while, I'd schedule appointments with anyone who was available because every person there is wonderful! But one day I scheduled with Patty and we just clicked. She makes me feel so comfortable and does such a good job! She listens to what I'm looking for and also offers her opinion (which is super helpful because I'm incredibly indecisive) Also, I know it's not her job to listen to the ups and downs of my life, but she always does with a smile. I appreciate her enthusiasm so much that I hired her to do my hair and makeup for my bridal shower AND my wedding. She's the energy you need around you on important days, trust me. Oh and the vibes at the salon are DELIGHTFUL! You can tell everyone there actually enjoys their job and working together!

Patty was friendly and cool -- not fake, gave me the subtle caramel hightlights I was looking for and didn't kill me with the keratin fumes either. Got a deal on part of the package but normal prices weren't insane. The space was clean, comfortable and not over the top gaudy like some other salons that have delusions of grandeur. Just a note: Call for pricing. The website could use an update as the keratin was priced less than what I was charged. Didn't mind, thought it sounded to low to be true anyway!

The man started counting my tips and made a nasty comment. I was very embarrassed. The manager listened near by and over. He was very nice. But the staff can be rude about tips very pushy sometimes and look at your tip then barely say thank you even if it is a high tip. I usually do 25 percent but they still seem Unappreciative.
