We went there and ordered two BLT's, everyone knows that is Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato. We got our order and went back to the hotel to eat. I think lack of training. I did call and talk to the manager and he was very professional and offered free sandwiches but I was not looking for anything free. Just wanted him to address his staff.

On the day of the install, the tech calls and said "I dont have the parts, they didn't tell me I needed them." Ok, very frustrating, but I rescheduled AND called back to CONFIRM that they knew what vehicle they were replacing. They said yes, all set. Then, on the morning of the second appointment, the tech called me and said, "Okay, so it will be $651." Yes, almost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more. I called the office and the guy said, "well, it's an FJ Cruiser and it needs special parts." Well no kidding, you knew that from the beginning! What an absolute joke and waste of my time.
