We were really satisfied with their ease to schedule and overall service. Unfortunately, during the past year all the service staff have been replaced. The secretaries in the front and the new nurse(s) they hired are very inept and sometimes even rude. When I came in with a billing question, the young lady at the front desk just stared at me with a blank face on with her mouth open. She didn't say a word to me. Then she bothered the other secretary who was on the phone to help me out. I forgot her name but she was rude and started arguing with me when I tried to kindly explain the situation to her. I ended up leaving without resolving the situation. The young lady nurse there is also inept. She was trying to draw blood and ended up poking my family members multiple times trying to find the vein. When one of my family members (who is from a medical background and has drawn blood from numerous patients over the past 30 some odd years) tried to offer her advice on how to draw the blood, she took it as an offence and said "I graduated from nursing school, so I know what I am doing." The other nurses who used to work there easily drew our blood on the first try without any problems. I understand that its important to give new people a chance, but please don't make your patients into guinea pigs to experiment on. Please get back your previous staff. They knew what they were doing. They were more courteous and knowledgeable. Honestly, I don't think I'll be coming back. I don't know about my other family members, but they also are on the verge of leaving as well.

    Was billed for a procedure I never had. When I brought it to their attention I was told it would be…read morehandled. This went on for YEARS!!! The same bill showing up in my mailbox. I call to have it taken care of, they assure me that it would be handled and it wasn't. After 7 years it finally stopped appearing. I'm sure it had nothing to do with someone there actually doing their job in the billing department.
