Because the tiles were a non-standard size (18.5" x 18.5"), finding a ready-made replacement in stores was impossible. Even worse, none of the hardware stores (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) were willing to cut a larger tile for us. We found Jose on Yelp, saw his amazing reviews, and reached out. It was the best decision we could have made! Jose responded to our inquiry right away and was ready to help us out, suggesting we pick out a tile from Floor & Decor for him and his team to cut. Then, to our complete surprise, he and his team member Jonathan offered to drive out to our place to handle the cut and installation themselves. The cherry on top was that they refused to charge us for it, insisting it was just a minor job and they were happy to help. Not only were they very generous, but they were also didn't rush the job at all. They took their time, patiently measured the tile, and executed precise cuts to ensure a perfect fit. Not only did they save our table, but their work actually made it look even better than it did originally! It is incredibly rare to find this level of kindness, professionalism, and pride in one's work. If you need any tile work done, do yourself a favor and hire Jose and his team. James showed up right on time to the minute on a pretty hot day to fix some broken tiles in our front porch area. He thoroughly removed the ultimate and other broken tiles and replaced it with new ones. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and the finished product was amazing. No cutting corners and he even explained why he thinks the tiles cracked/came loose. We are so grateful to have found him. He told us that he actually specializes in bathrooms and showers, which is going to be our next project so we will definitely be reaching out to him when we are ready to tackle that. Jamen's quote was super reasonable, and once we confirmed the bid, he found us a start date right away. Jamen confirmed that one of his crew would be coming to do the job. His guy - Paolo - came punctually on the agreed upon time, explained the process, and did an awesome job repairing our tile!! Not only did he work quickly and efficiently, but he worked meticulously and made sure not to damage any existing tile. The first day took from about 9-1:30 pm to demo, cut, and set new tile. The second day he came back to do the grout (took less than an hour). Paolo explained that they wanted to make sure the tile was set/dry before grouting so that the grout color didn't blend into wet tileset color (which was white). All three showers completely rebuilt.Waterproofing, new tile, new fixtures, new shower doors. All bathrooms had new tile floors installed. All new light fixtures in all bathrooms. Master bathroom new vanity installed. He doesn't do a lot of advertising, goes by referral. We found him on yelp, after many quotes his company stod out.
