Italian Provolone Sub
Kimber M.

I ordered a large Stromboli, Italian provolone sub, and mozzarella cheese sticks for my family. The total came to $46. The Stromboli had great flavors, however the garlic powder was covering the top was a bit over powering for some of them. The Italian sub was good! The mozzarella sticks were good but lacking mozzarella. It was more breading than I'd prefer. Over all, the experience was good. I've had better, I've had worse. Give me a try.

A long time ago in downtown Eustis there was a Luigi's with table clothes and real Italian flare. They closed or moved and Takis took the space. This Luigi's in the Eustis Publix center is nothing like the old shop. The menu is similar and the attempt on fast order fettuccine, chicken piccata, along with fresh pizza is admirable but the execution is spotty at best. Sometimes it's good other times it's stomach upsetting bad. Blame the help, turnover, or management I don't know, but "Monday night karaoke" in a shopping center pizza joint is just silly. Focus on the food! My wife and I each had $20+ entrees and thought the food was tasty but not a value. We've had the pizza on other visits and preparation and freshness have been inconsistent. It is a sit down service or take out restaurant and the servers are able. The food is not remarkable and the prices are not a value. The place is not on my repeat list.

First experience (will not be the last) Luigi's menu is full of tasty food items ~ obviously this is a popular place ~ very crowded Ordered in for take out - ran to Bealls while we waited (still only about 20 minutes (very reasonable for pie) This was tasty (not the best ~ seemed skimpy on the items and the thin crust (for me ~ was to thin ~ edges held up but center of pie could hang in there). I will return and hopefully up Luigi's rating) *Bonus they do have CZ Update: next day (leftover pizza - heated in oven) even better than day 1

Stopped in to order a pizza for take-out on a Friday night. The place was almost completely full. Pizza was ready in 20 minutes. The crust is thin. Sauce is good and toppings and cheese were average as far as quantity. It was good, but not great.

Good food . We all had the daily special today . Liked the salad too . Not a long wait . Lots of parking available , lots of options. Huge bread portions, kinda drowned in oil , sauce kinda salty and very little meat in meat sauce . Overall good food tasted great

Linguini is buttery

The marinara sauce reminds me of Chicago Italian places I love. Garlic knots are divine.

Go to: Margaritas pizza Buffalo chicken wings Chicken parmigiana Lasagna There is seating inside and outside ( don't recommend outside in the summer) but it's cute and has a great view of downtown Eustis. Just wanted to grab a quick bite. We ended up ordering a small pie. Supreme. A nice classic. Nothing fancy. It did take a little bit. Seemed a little longer than necessary being that the restaurant wasn't busy. Only one other table and then two door dashers came in. But it was probably a good 40-45 min before it came out and it did come out piping hot. So hot that the ingredients just slid right off when I picked up a slice. Everyone hates that, am I right? Anyway, crust was okay. Toppings were okay. A little more cheese and browning would have been better. The sauce was okay, kind of bland- just a simple tomato sauce. It was all just "okay". Not bad. Not fantastic. We decided we'd give it a solid 7.5/10. Not too bad... and that folks is all she wrote.

This restaurant is one of the best Italian restaurants that I have been to. We were greeted by a very cordial person who gave us a selection of seating and promptly found a table that we desired. Upon arrival she made us feel like family. Shortly after we were seated Jenna, our friendly server, greeted us. She was a fantastic server from the time we sat down in our booth until the time we departed. The family atmosphere in this restaurant made me feel that I was eating at Grandma's house! The menu offered a spectacular variety of Italian specialties that would satisfy most individuals. I selected the Shrimp Alfredo, with the side of garlic knots, and could not believe how much it exceeded my expectations! The sauce was very creamy and tasty while the shrimp tasted like they just came out of the water. The shrimp were firm and also very tasty. The garlic knots were outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant for you next Italian style meal! It is worth the trip because I guarantee(I do not normally add this to my reviews) that you not be disappointed! By the way the prices were reasonable for the amount and quality of food that you receive. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I will return the next time I am in the area!

We lived in the area back in 2005-2007 and Vincent's was one of those places that just stuck with us. You always wonder if places you loved years ago will still hold up... especially these days. Thankfully, Vincent's absolutely does. The food is still wonderful--rich, flavorful, and comforting in that nostalgic way that reminds you why you fell in love with it in the first place. Nothing felt watered down or "modernized" for the wrong reasons. It felt familiar, intentional, and genuinely cared for. Change isn't always progress. Sometimes staying loyal to who you are is the real win--and Vincent's has clearly done that. We left happy, full, and grateful that this place is still exactly what we remembered. Five stars, without hesitation.

Unfortunately, this visit left us a bit disappointed. We later noticed that a 20% gratuity had already been added to each of our tabs, which was not clearly disclosed. As a result, we unknowingly left our usual 20% tip on top of that. We absolutely respect and support fair compensation for servers, but automatic gratuity should be clearly communicated upfront. When we casually mentioned it--without asking for anything to be removed--the response we received felt dismissive. More concerning, our waitress (Becca) then appeared to discuss the situation with another table in a way that felt unprofessional. We still appreciate the quality of the food and have enjoyed many visits here, but transparency and professionalism matter. Since we rotate local restaurants for our weekly outings, experiences like this do influence where we choose to return.
