Over the last several years I have been one of those people that just goes wherever for a haircut. I don't color treat or get anything fancy done, I keep my hair long and my thoughts were, "a trim is a trim, anyone can do that". Boy was I wrong! I would always leave a haircut disappointed. It never failed, they'd either cut off way too much, or it would be crooked, or they would do something I completely didn't ask for. I decided to finally get my hair cut at a legit Salon (LuDawn) since I was already using them for other services and knew how great they were. Kaylee was absolutely amazing. She did a great job on my hair, was super friendly and I literally felt like I had known her for years. She used top notch products on my hair as well. After the cut and blow dry she even took the time to style my hair and put some really pretty curls in it without me even asking her to, nor charging me extra. Needless to say I left HAPPY from a haircut for the 1st time in YEARS! And I found someone that I will use for all of my future hair needs. Unfortunately, I will be going gray sooner than later and need coloring, and I have no doubt that Kaylee will be able to nail my natural red hair color too! After seeing a couple of pictures of the work that they do at this spa I decided to give it a try. I have been to many different places with all kinds of prices but when it comes to my hair I am willing to indulge......I am a world traveler and have had many experiences in some of the most famous world cities. Just to start with, as soon as I got to this place I noticed the cleanliness, sophistication ( up scale) And the good vibes in there. My hair was in terrible conditions after being over processed trying to achieve the color I wanted. I actually used to fly to other countries just to have a nice work done. I fell in love with the results achieved and the quality of the work they did. Price wise it was honestly extremely affordable to the quality of products used. I've been going here since June 2018 and let me just say this is the best spa in town. In fact, this is probably the best spa I've ever been to and I've been to many spas in many states. Super clean environment but relaxing and welcoming. Love the essential oil smell as soon as you walk in. Lupita is the queen of eye brows and facials! She will put you to sleep in seconds with her gentle touch and relaxing spa room. Kaylee is great with hair she listens to how you like things and is willing to try fun colors. Mani/pedi are on the pricer side but Nicole did a good job providing a relaxing environment where I didn't feel rushed like you do at other nail salons. I also appreciate the types of products they sell as well as the brand. Organic and trustworthy brands not gimmicky MLM type of stuff. Definitely recommend giving them a try! read more

I have been getting pedicures since I was 25, I turn 66 this month. I have lived in south FL and central FL. No one anywhere else has taken such care of my feet and toes as Lupita so when she left Face The Day Spa to co-open LuDawn Spa I found her. I have never been disappointed. The polish used lasts thru the seven weeks between pedicures. The Spa Pedi is the best, much time is spent on pampering my feet and legs. An unexpected bonus is a gentle brief massage of my neck and shoulders with an essential oil of my choosing. The salon is super clean as is the equipment used which is important to me as I am diabetic. Victoria at the front desk is always so cheerful and outgoing and wanting to accommodate in any way possible. I love this salon! Lupita makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have been seeing her for several years for my waxing services and we have recently built an entire skin care routine for me to use at home with the products they provide for purchase at the salon. I absolutely love the products they offer. They are all very clean ingredients and make your skin feel amazing. I have been getting facials done for a few months now and Lupita does an amazing job at that as well. I did the red light therapy the other day with my facial and I noticed such a difference in my skin almost immediately. My skin feels plump and soft. This morning, Kaylee provided THE perfect, carefree haircut for travel; followed by Luisa who fit me in for an "express mani/pedi" with the world's best nail care. In between appointments, the lovely duo at the front desk acquainted me with the salon's wide array of organic and scented products including everything from soap to candles adding to my refreshment with herbed tea and honey. I had my first *ever* massage here yesterday. I may be quite new at this but I will say, and I know the staff would agree, that it transformed me. Even my coworkers noticed a difference in me several hours later. A good massage is so vital to your health. The room for the singles massage was very beautiful and comfortable. The massage table was so comfortable, I never expected it to be heated. Keisha was such a great sport teaching me how to completely relax and talking me through it. I am so thankful. Five stars is not enough to rate this business! We came to them to get our hair done for a wedding, and Kaylee went above and beyond to make us and the bride feel comfortable and at home. She not only made sure we were happy and had a relaxing day of getting our hair done before the ceremony, but she brought in food and juice for us to have while we were there. She made my best friend feel like a princess on her wedding day and I could not ask for more pleasurable experience. If I only lived closer I would come here for my hair any day I would recommend Kaylee to anybody. read more

I had an hour massage by Keisha and it was wonderful! I let Keisha know about a couple of trouble areas that needed attention and she focused on them during the treatment. The rest was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep, and I am a hard one to get to settle down. The spa and salon are beautiful, staff is extremely friendly and they use all natural products. I had my first 60 minute facial with Alariah, and it was phenomenal! She took her time and gave the most relaxing experience I've ever had. I've had luxury massages before, but this was much more relaxing to me because they also incorporated aromatherapy, which really helped me feel even more relaxed. I get my Brazilian wax done by her and she is the most thorough and meticulous technician I've ever been to.
