I had no idea it was a gay club at first, but that didn't bother me one bit after I soon found out. I used to go to one with my gay friends in college and I always had a blast. We were greeted by a super friendly bartender who flirted it up with us. He definitely thought we were there to have some fun so we just ate it up and flirted back because people who are comfortable in their sexuality can do that. The place was empty at the time we walked in but started filling up with patrons soon after. Needless to say we ordered a couple drinks and then an older lady came in and sat beside us and boy was she a trip. We chatted it up with her for a good 30 minutes while doing a shot with her. She was a lot of fun and had some great stories. Thanks! This is a cool place and I'd definitely stop back to have a drink and some laughs. It was frustrating to have 6-foot-tall, 300-pound women completely block our view--especially after paying $18 per ticket. Also, watch out for this one wild white lady in a black shirt and floral shorts who acts invisible and blocks multiple people. If you ask her politely to move, she'll argue with you and even try to escalate things by telling you to "step outside" like she's about that life. Overall, for our first drag show, we had fun--but if you're going to enjoy the performance, be ready to be annoyed because no one there is enforcing basic courtesy or crowd control. They are REALLY NICE and CLEAN and there are many of them, which is practically unheard of. I gotta believe that the owner was as sick of that stereotype as I am and was purposeful about making this place's bathrooms great. So that was extremely appreciated. Other than that, they do have a decent sized parking lot for the area (most of the nearby establishments are stuck with just street parking and on a busy Friday night, good luck), though it's on a pretty severe hill.

The floor was so sticky that your shoes would be fully stuck while walking. The staff is very uninterested in their jobs. Coat check basically grunted and pointed when asked questions. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the floor really doesn't make food of interest... even though the event had tables of appetizers set out. But honestly, it was too dark to even see what there was. Like I said probably a stereotypical night club, but it was just gross enough to make me happy that I never go lol Probably only fun when drunk and dancing.. but hey that's their genre!

He continues to go on and says "had to say it in a language you can understand". a club that plays latin music and a group of people visiting a city known for its inclusivity. i'm extremely confused as to why a company would want a bouncer to represent its company like that.
