Just finished driving through Oregon on the 97 and about to get diesel for the rig and head out to Pasco Washington. So I scanned the various lots, didn't want Pizza Hut, nor Krispy Krunchy, nor Taco Bell, alright Indian it is. Great weather today, place was located by the scenic entrance to the 97. Lamb Korma, was a modified version, less gingery, more creamy, like a butter chicken almost. Lamb was tender, excellent. It came with rice. But I still ordered their garlic Naan. Paired well with both. Also ordered the chicken tikka kebab, was very good was not dry, and it was packed with flavor. Didn't know the portion was so huge, the kebabs could have been a stand alone meal. Conclusion: this place is worth parking your commercial rig, and walking a block to place an order. 10 minutes - 15 minutes wait time. Worth the wait.

The wait was nearly a half hour, which was a long time when you're ordering food truck food at a truck stop. Picnic table was busted and there were a lot of gnats, so we traveled across the river and ate there. Probably won't stop again.

It was a very special to host them for Easter meal. Special guest of honor was that enjoyed few peaceful moments in the yard. Selected menu created by these chefs was gas grilled veggies + Ballard Sunday Market- potatoes, asparagus and zucchini with halibut and salmon sprinkled with Guerra's Seasoning- farm grown chillies and sun dried, topped with jalapeño peppers, basmati rice with green peas, toor dal soup with onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, and eggplant with green peas. It was a delightful meal to remember. Especially time spent together, conversations and knowledge they shared from farming to tractors, and a whole lot more. Find them regularly at the famed Ballard Sunday Market by the northern entrance and occasionally at seattle only- The Pike Place Market. Also find them in many markets in northern Oregon and all over Washington State.

This food truck is basically a brick oven and a grill on the back of an old pickup. It looks cool and tastes even better! The place is run by a family from Sunnyside. The son and main chef, Chris, went to culinary school and then came back to work at their family pepper farm and start doing some catering. This has blossomed into a truck that cooks based on what comes from their farm and the surrounding farms - true farm to you cuisine. At a fundraiser at Bale Breakers, they were serving chicken tacos with a cherry salsa and masa tortillas. It may have been the best taco we've ever tasted. The chicken was grilled nicely, the bing and rainier cherries gave it some tart and sweetness, to which they added some heat and the masa tortillas was brilliantly done! Just firm enough to hold everything but soft enough that you were fighting it for the inside. It looked pretty and tasted even better. We're excited to check this place out again soon, maybe for one of their dinners out at the brewery! We found out they also cater and if this was any indication of what they can do, the catering should be excellent. Well worth checking out when they're nearby!
