With the holiday, my schedule was extremely tight so them arriving on time was so appreciated. They cleaned my entire home and even noticed things that I didn't. The attention to detail was truly unmatched and I felt like I was left with a brand new home. I also have two medium/large dogs, and I was impressed by the way they were able to treat those high traffic areas. If you're a pet owner, you know how it feels to be nervous about your pets making your home stink, and the Pet Odor treatment completely handled that. I almost forgot I had dogs running around my house after the cleaning lol. The team was also extremely efficient, and I look forward to my next cleaning. She and another lady arrived to complete the service on time. She emphasized on arrival that they were heavily booked today and seemed a bit anxious. I thanked her for scheduling me. Out of respect for their time, I showed them around quickly, and they got to work cleaning. I left the house with my dog for a bit, though they said we could stay to minimize interference. Within an hour to an hour and a half, they were done. The cost was $140. When I came back, everything looked okay at first glance. However, later, I found debris still in the corners. The water was dirty when I mopped my floor a week later. For context, I have a tiny dog whose paws get wiped on entry. I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.

Today, I would give them minus stars if I could. This was how things ended. The text: "We will not be moving forward with Fiv5 Star Cleaning. This is the third offense. 1. You extended an offer for a referral discount. I referred someone, you got paid, and then backed out of the discount. That was the last referral I gave you. 2. In the middle of a prepaid contract, you attempted to raise my prices by $10 per month. I did not appreciate this dishonest practice. When confronted, you defended this position, but agreed to "wave" this increase... "This time." 3. We discussed our next six month contract, Where I agreed that a $10 increase was not unreasonable. Less than a month later, when I went to renew, you attempted to raise the price another five dollars. So let me ask you, would you do business with a company that does this? The services are a gift to my wife. Your standards have decreased. My wife has noticed. Things have been missed. Increasing prices, decreasing standards, and deceptive business practices. This not anger. This is disappointment. We will not be renewing. Respectfully, and regretfully, I will be updating all reviews to reflect current circumstances. Do better. Be better. Integrity Matters...ALWAYS!" They agreed to meet me at my home, to resolve the matter, but an hour before the meeting, 2 girls that spoke no English, showed up at my door, unannounced, without an appointment or a contract. I tried calling them, the manager I spoke with was rude and disrespectful, and suggested I find another cleaning company. This is one thing we agreed on. I do not trust these people. Once trust is lost, the rest is irrelevant.

New Sense was, without a doubt, the clear choice for me. I sent her a last-minute, Hail Mary message on a Thursday requesting a clean for the upcoming weekend. Without hesitation, she got booked for that Saturday. The team showed up early (but not too early). They were polite, prompt and friendly. They toured the house, asked what made me switch cleaning services (which I truly appreciated), and got started immediately. They set an estimated completion time of 3 hours. I headed out so they could work in peace. 3 hours later, they were finishing up as scheduled. When I returned, I saw that no detail was left unattended. Everything was beautifully clean, and my home smelled divine. It was also a fair price for the quality of the work. I will be using them monthly and can't wait for my next clean.
