OMG- so grateful to have a friend who always thinks of me and loves to share food! LOL. The ube cream cake was a little firmer than the mainstream American/ Asian style cream cakes. That 4" by 4" all-purple piece of cake was good- Not overly sweet and just simply good. Over and above that, the ube bread rolls were pure deliciousness. The individually wrapped bread rolls were extremely soft and fluffy like Japanese milk bread. The sweet ube cream filling would be my favorite part of those fluffiest bread rolls. The milk comes from healthy, happy, well cared for goats. That in itself is a perk! The ice cream pops find themselves at local farmers markets and restaurants and stores that support small business. If you see their ice cream, give it a try. I haven't found a flavor I have disliked, but I love my ice cream when it's this delicious. I almost forgot to add: there's also dairy free and sugar free options, if you have dietary restrictions!
