I felt like two of the salesgirls / saleswomen stalked me because they thought I was gonna steal one of their 'hand-made, unique pieces." Insert eye roll. Both salesgirls were attractive (in a natural / 'modelesque' way), thin, young- looking blondes. They were standing around talking loudly with someone (customer? friend? manager?) when I entered - but they abandoned that conversation as I headed towards the back. Salesgirl 1 approached me and asked if she could help me find anything. When I responded, she said, quite loudly, that they didn't have any. Less than 90 seconds later, Salesgirl 2 approached me and asked if she could help me find anything. Unless Salesgirl 2 has hearing issues - I found it unnecessary and odd that she would follow me and ask me a question that I had clearly already answered. I hung around for a few minutes - just to keep them on their toes - but I decided NOT to shoplift anything today. Lol. If you don't want to be ignored - try black-face or an afro - they'll smother you with attention! To end things on a positive note - the store interior and aesthetics are pretty nice. The textured, unpolished cement floors, horse fashioned from driftwood - the mannequins with big poofs of hydrangeas simulating afros - it was all lovely.

In less than five minutes in the store, the three associates working all surrounded me from different angles but neither greeted me nor asked if I needed assistance. I worked in retail almost 30 years. I know when I'm being profiled. If you want drab colors and are a size four this is the location for you. To prove my point, I asked the associate if they had any dresses. They had one, in black and the largest size they had was a 6. The Lululemon website has a total of 21 dresses, but they only have one option in this location. This is possibly my third visit to the location and each time I've left unimpressed with the selection of items offered. I don't have to visit this particular location any longer. The location near Lenox has friendlier associates and they carry an array of sizes.

I was leaving Fabletics, not paying attention, and somehow ended up walking right into the store. What made me actually stay was the customer service. The sales associate--I believe her name was Rose--was absolutely amazing. Honestly, whoever hired her needs to know she is a natural when it comes to working with people. If it weren't for her energy and the way she approached me, I probably would've kept walking. We instantly clicked, and I told her what I needed an outfit for. When I say she picked out the perfect look for me... I mean it. She helped me put everything together so effortlessly, and I walked out feeling amazing in what she chose. I don't have too much to add about the store itself beyond the fact that it's cute and has a great selection, but this review is really for the customer service. That experience alone made the visit memorable. I'll definitely be back--and next time, I'm finding Rose!
