When manager showed up there was a guy hanging outside the passenger side of a mini van flipping another person off that was waiting as well(assuming they knew each other). I have been shopping here for over 2 years but will NEVER shop here after this sight of poor professionalism. Second issue - purchased batteries on Christmas Eve for my mod. I got home and the package clearly looked as if it had been already open and of course there was a bad battery out of a two pack I called the manager and asked if I could come the day after Christmas to exchange batteries and they refused because it fell outside of their 24 hr battery exchange policy.
