If you have any interest at all in cryptozoology you must make every effort to visit, check out the museum, and buy some cool souvenirs to help keep them in business. They in a really small town so any type of support is needed. But you will love it. I will be returning sooner than later because we went on a day of unexpected rain. I had wanted to explore Boggy Creek itself and the rain had subsided but clouds still looked menacing so I probably only spent half an hour in the shop but could've/should've spent much more time going thru their many artifacts. I also got to meet and chat with Dennis. Such a nice gentleman. He told me a couple stories connecting him to the Fouke monster. I'd love to hear more so that'll be for my return trip, Hopefully their lodging will be done by then so I can stay a couple days. They are located just 20 minutes south of Texarkana. Best day ever!! I…read morecan't say how I loved this! Took 2 kids 5 & 7 yrs old and they loved it. We found so many crystals of all sizes. I should have stayed for 4 hrs or more instead of 2. Wear long pants, bring gloves, chisel, and be prepared for fun. Our host was soooo friendly and helpful. And I bought more crystals inside their store. I am definitely coming back!
