No one was here and we weren't gonna wait all night." He was like "I am the manager on shift and that's not true." Clearly trying to not be in trouble. It was absolutely inappropriate the way he treated everyone in there. I don't know what they were doing that whole time but the lack of responsibility they took for not being present where they needed to be was ridiculous. I will call back later and speak to the general manager and pay for the round we did but in my opinion, the kid working should be fired. The cash register was left unmanned, plus all the merchandise, the main door open, the self service card reader wasn't working, there was zero attention to customers.
