I'm not a huge ice cream fan but sometimes I just want ice cream. This is a new place near my house and the ice cream was delicious. Apologies that I didn't take pics of the ice cream, just the interior. The staff was welcoming and friendly, offering tastes, and the music was great. Now my sister and my son are ice cream enthusiasts and they gave props as well. I already want to go back to get a milkshake (that's my jam). The location isnt the best....it's set back behind a medical place (medical place used to be a walgreens) so I hope everyone goes to lucky scoops so they can thrive. I will be back, probably this weekend

This spot is absolutely charming! The decor is warm and playful, creating such an inviting vibe. We visited right after their grand opening, drawn by glowing social media reviews and its convenient location. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the lovely young woman who served us--she was patient and offered great recommendations. Prices are fair, and the flavor selection is so extensive you'll want to return to try them all! My only minor gripe was a few items were sold out, but given it was just a day after the grand opening, it's understandable. Highly recommend!

Be prepared to walk into Ice cream heaven!!! The decor screams ice cream parlor. Very fun and inviting. The options offer something for everyone. The customer service was very welcoming and patient. We were able to sample two flavors before deciding which to go with. Overall, we will visit again.

Absolutely loved Lucky Scoops. It's a super cute shop with a lot of flavors to choose from. They also have a few sugar free flavors. We had milkshakes that were delicious and creamy, and I especially loved the stackers cups. Great spot for a sweet treat.

The ice cream tasted even better than it looks!

Pure sugar chaos, childhood nostalgia, and theatrical madness in Coral Springs…read more Walking into Cherry Smash feels like you accidentally stepped into the opening scene of Willy Wonka, right before someone starts singing and a child learns a moral lesson. This place is a local legend, and for good reason. Cherry Smash isn't trying to be sleek, minimalist, or Instagram-neutral. It's loud, colorful, joyful, and slightly unhinged--in the way candy shops should be. You half expect Charlie Bucket to walk in clutching a chocolate bar and a dream. Let's be honest about the ice cream: It's above average. Solid. Creamy. Well executed. No complaints. But that's not why people line up. You come here for the atmosphere. Walls stacked with candy. Colors everywhere. The kind of visual overload that makes adults nostalgic and kids vibrate at unsafe frequencies. And when Halloween hits? Forget it. Cherry Smash decorates like they take October personally. Seasonal commitment at Broadway-production levels. The candy selection is elite--classic, modern, obscure, and delightfully questionable. Yes, they have bubble gum cigarettes, which feel like a time capsule from an era when adults shrugged and said, "Eh, they'll be fine." It's kitschy, it's ridiculous, and it absolutely belongs here. Seating is limited, but honestly? That's part of the charm. This isn't a linger-for-hours café. It's a pop-in, light-up-your-inner-child, grab-something-sweet-and-go experience. The kind of place where standing is acceptable because you're too busy smiling anyway. Cherry Smash isn't just an ice cream shop--it's a mood, a memory, and a permission slip to enjoy something unapologetically fun in a world that desperately needs more of that.

Staff seemed like they were there just for their paychecks, and not really caring for the customer service or offering their opinion or recommendations, the night we visited there was a good amount of patrons. There's seating off the right side of the shop and a few towards the back. They have a very wide selection of ice cream flavors. I settled for a dulce deleche, and it was just ok. We ordered that, and I took some pictures and left. The interior was too much for me, personally. Way too much going on.

The guy helping us (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name, Ice Cream Sensei ) kept offering samples like he was personally offended by the idea that I hadn't tried every flavor yet. I'm pretty sure I consumed the equivalent of a medium cup in samples alone, and he was still like, "You sure? One more?" And here's the thing. The recommendations were spot on. You can tell this dude is genuinely passionate about the in-house made ice cream. These flavors are thoughtfully crafted, smooth, balanced, and most importantly, no weird artificial colors or chemical nonsense. If the ice cream world had a clean ingredients hall of fame, this place would have its own wing. After tasting my way through half the menu, I completely understand why this is the top-rated ice cream shop in Florida and somehow also gunning for the top spot in the entire country. Ambitious? Yes. Earned? Also yes. Do yourself a favor. With Let's Chill ice cream, I get the guilt free feeling of enjoying the blue ice cream colored with Blue Spirulina instead of harsh blue dye. Blue Spirulina is also very healthy for you and has a lot of health benefits. Let's Chill's Service: The service is always amazing no matter who is helping at the counter. Whether I'm typing in my rewards, or asking to try all of their flavors, I've never experienced anything but kind service. This franchise of Uncle Louie G's opened in April on Sample Rd in the same plaza as Runyon's. It is owned by Andrea Mormile and her sister, Denise from Brooklyn, New York. The sisters were inspired to open Uncle Louie G's when they couldn't find the kind of icy treats they grew up on. Uncle Louie G''s menu includes 47 flavors of Italian ice and 33 flavors of ice cream including vegan, dairy free, and sugar free. They also sell ice cream cakes, milkshakes, smoothies, ice coffees, Belgian waffle sundaes, and ice cream nachos. For quality control everything's made in Staten Island, New York. They use the best ingredients like real fruit for Italian ice instead of sugar and artificial flavoring. The premium ice cream is 14 percent butterfat and the cheesecake pieces are made from scratch. I had the pleasure of meeting Denise when I stopped in on a steamy Sunday afternoon. The Italian ice is displayed in the cases closer to the door while the ice cream is further down. Ice cream flavors included Louie Big Blue, Brooklyn Cheesecake, and Apple Pie while Italian ice flavors included Oreo cookie dough, chocolate jelly ring, cherry chip, and Italian Dream. I was in the mood for ice and I sampled the cannoli, honey doo, and spumoni. I ended up choosing the spumoni but they were all great. I was impressed with how spot on the flavors tasted. I am still thinking about the honey doo. Sizes come in Brooklyn small ($3.50), small ($4.00), medium ($6.00), and large ($8.00). You can also purchase pints, quarts, and party buckets. The moment we walked in, I was hit with that nostalgic mix of sugar, laughter, and magic that says you're about to make a very good life decision. The owner greeted us like old friends -- warm, funny, and clearly passionate about what he does. You can tell every scoop that leaves that counter has been crafted with pride. Now, about the ice cream. I went with the Carrot Cake flavor -- and let me tell you, it wasn't just ice cream; it was an experience. Folded into it were ribbons of caramel and bits of pie crust that somehow made me rethink all my previous dessert choices in life. One bite in, and I'm pretty sure I saw colors brighter than usual. My wife went for a combo of Better Batter Cake Carnival and Chocolate Batter Better, and to call it "excellent" would be an understatement. This flavor pairing was pure joy in stereo. I'm pretty sure she stopped listening to me talk for a good five minutes, which is the ultimate compliment to any dessert. Bottom line: The Magic Cow isn't just living up to its reputation -- it's churning out happiness, one scoop at a time. If you haven't been, fix that immediately. Instead, it felt like the kitchen and the dining room were in a long-term relationship that's stopped communicating. We began with the crispy tofu, which sounded promising -- I pictured something light, golden, and seasoned with purpose. What arrived was tofu on life support. Over-battered, under-seasoned, and fried like it had wronged somebody. I kept waiting for flavor to show up, but it must've taken the night off. Now the chili sauce the tofu was served with was very tasty, it was just that there was so little of it. Not enough to make up for the overpowering batter on the tofu. Then came my kimchee ramen -- a dish that started strong with that first bite of warm broth and tangy kick. But then, plot twist: the kimchee was cold, sitting inside the soup like it refused to participate. The beef had been cooked so long it could survive a hurricane, and the egg... well, let's just say it had passed "soft-boiled" about three minutes ago. My wife, however, lucked out with the udon and shrimp tempura -- nicely done, well-balanced, and clearly made by someone who still believes in flavor. Now, the atmosphere deserves its own mention. The main dining area has all the warmth of a tech startup break room -- clean but cold, not exactly cozy. Then there's the back room, which looks like someone's garage got repurposed into a hangout spot. There's a miniature pool table, an even smaller ping pong setup, and a couch that feels like it was borrowed from your cousin's first apartment. It's quirky, sure, but also kind of confusing -- like they couldn't decide if they were a restaurant, a boba lounge, or a college dorm common room. So yeah, three stars -- because Fyr & Ice isn't bad, it's just having an identity crisis. It used to be so much better and could be again if someone decides to care again. With a little care and a lot more seasoning, this place could go from "meh" to "must-try." For now, it's a decent stop if you're hungry, curious, and not expecting emotional warmth from your ramen.
