Sparkly came up high-rated on Yelp so we decided to give them a go, and are happy we did! Booking the service was seamless! Both Crystal and Vanessa were very responsive to my emails and flexible with a small, last-minute changes I needed to make in terms of date/timing and entry instructions. It was easy and clear what each of the cleaning options where, as well as the additions you could choose. We added on cleaning inside the fridge and cabinets, which was totally worth it. The cleaners arrived on time and let themselves in via the lock box we left for them. When we returned to see how the cleaning went, we were very pleased! Everything felt so fresh - just what we were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

I thought I had booked a detailed cleaning that included disinfecting surfaces. Instead, they used a Swiffer duster and a dry rag, and I was told afterward that they don't do wet cleaning. I may have missed that when booking because I needed someone quickly. I had explained that my mom was coming home from the hospital and that I wanted the floors, bathrooms, and her bedroom...including the ceiling fan and walls cleaned thoroughly to help reduce the risk of infection. Seeing the ceiling fan dusted above her bed worried me because dust could fall onto it. The trash can in the bathroom was not emptied. Dust was left on my mother's bed from the ceiling fan, not cool. They did not clean under anything, they cleaned around things. If you're considering this service, be aware that it appears to focus on dusting and vacuuming rather than the detailed cleaning or disinfection I was looking for. Unfortunately, nothing was left feeling particularly "sparkly" to me.

I wish the windows were done a bit better since they were still dusty and dirty. I asked for a deep clean of the stove and it still needs some elbow grease. I paid about 215$, and I would consider booking again once I'm fully moved in as well.

It became an expectation of mine to pull out the broom to finish the job. My biggest request when I first started having them come was to clean the floors well - which for some reason was the one thing that never seemed to happen. The last time a stain was left on my floor and I finally cancelled, because I can't afford to be paying for home repairs too. It felt like the company really runs through employees because it was almost always somebody different coming to my home, which I think contributes to the problem.
