Now it's ran by other people and I had a bad massage from a younger Asian girl who was reckless and kept hurting me with her incorrectly done stretches and walking on my spine and lower back which are dangerous areas. I kept saying "ouch" but she only would laugh whenever I said "oww" then when I was paying she had a spoiled brat fit with many upset facial expressions cause I only tipped $25 on the $120 bill plus they charge $5 extra for using any card. They prefer cash which only shows further how out of touch they are by putting a target on themselves to get robbed for encouraging cash in their business. They have their tips set to choose on their payment display starting at 30% then 35% then 40% and the young unprofessional girl kept telling me in very broken English that I'm supposed to choose from those tips, not choose to customize my own tip and she had the audacity to keep reversing the screen back from my custom tip to the 30% that she insisted! The middle aged Asian woman who was there came over to see what all the fuss was about from the younger girl and the middle age woman was more reasonable and allowed me to leave my own custom tip. In the lobby, they have products for sale. There is also water and tea. The Whisper Lounge is an excellent feature and I think all spas should have this. I went to a spa years ago in Miami that had a room like this and it was such a valuable amenity. I usually do not get to sit there more a couple of minutes but one day I'll go early so I can sit and relax! There are several services provided here, such as facials and massages. There is also a new salt sauna that you can use for an additional fee. I would love to do an entire spa day there but like most places, it seems almost impossible to be able to book everything in the same day due to schedule conflicts.
