They have a great selection of accessories with their phone cases clearly labeled and easy to find on the shelves. I asked about Apple Airtag cases and no bueno there tho. At the back there is a repair counter with fairly good prices, and in line with most of the other neighboring shops like this one. If you need a new screen, or new battery, this would be a good place to get a cash price especially for an older or cheap phone. Don't take your expensive newer iPhone here as you could likely end up with a downgrade in the parts, and instead go across the street to Jump Plus and get Apple genuine parts. That said, we came here for yet another new screen protector for an iPhone 11 Pro that's still under warranty. I could have taken that phone back to Costco and got a new SP for free under warranty, but since the phone isn't with me any more, it's easier to just go here and pay $15 cash and done. We grabbed a new bling case for $12 for the iPhone and the dude even gave us a deal on a display model personal USB fan, wowsa!

After making an appointment and heading out via uber to the place of business, I arrive to find that there is no one there. I call later on and was told they had perhaps slipped out for a coffee. I had waited over half an hour and then took another uber to go home after trying to call the business number. I finally got the business later that day and was told.they would fix it immediately while I wait. I tool another uber there and expected them to fix it while I waited. They said that they needed an extra part and I would need to leave until t he following day. Another uber back home and then back again the next day. (Having had a recent knee injury , I was unable to take TTC) The next day , I get there , pay for repair and receive a receipt which says the phone was guaranteed for 90 days. On clerks recommendation , i purchase an expensive OTTERBOX case to avoid breaking screen again. Within a week , i.receive case and as I'm installing it, the screen cracked as I snap it on! In addition , I realize that the earpiece stopped working after repair! I needed to use the speaker or Bluetooth ear buds to answer a call. I then return to the store a week or so later and was told that the cracked screen would only be repaired for an additional $120 charge! The earpiece was also still broken I later discover. After much discussion, I begrudgingly hand over the money and was told I'd receive a receipt via email.... none was sent. A couple of weeks later , the screen started to detach from the phone !! After paying for the same repair , the phone was unusable due to faulty careless repair work. I was given such grief by this place I just could NOT go back as they would not repair without charging extra! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
